Up until recently I had been ordering from pizza shark weekly. The two for one of everything is interesting since the price is high for the crap quality of their food, but the value of getting two meals plus the fact that they’re open well into the night was a big selling feature for us. Mostly everything was good, the quality would dwindle every now and then but pretty much you knew what you were gonna get. The service is where I take issue and ultimately why we stopped ordering. One night we placed our usual order trough just eat. We received the usual confirmation email that shows that the restaurant(not just the just eat app) HAD confirmed the order. An hour went by and our food hadn’t arrived. Then another half hour. Usually the food doesn’t take this long so we called. The phone rang but no one ever answered. According to their just eat listing, they were open for another half hour. So i went to google and Google said they were closed. The only issue was I had already paid online so my money was gone, the place was closed, and I had no food. The next day we called back and the person who answered was really rude to us. First he claimed we were lying. Then he told is it was impossible that they could miss an order. Then he started blaming us for not trying hard enough to contact the store. He then told us there was nothing he could do and to call just eat. So we called them and they basically told us to call pizza shark again. We told the guy at just eat what had happened when we called pizza shark and he agreed to call the restaurant on our behalf to rectify this. So we were on hold. When he came back, he told us the guy at pizza shark said«Oh I wasn’t working last night and I don’t know what could have happened, it’s not my problem/fault». So we got our money back and never ordered from pizza shark again. After months of ordering and tipping well we expected better treatment than this. Even just an apology would have been enough, we’re not picky. But to be robbed and then called a liar was a bit too much for me. So long pizza shark!

This is go-to pizza place to order in whenever we had a pizza craving! I find it very different than a lot of pizza in Ottawa. There are always a TON of toppings, and the price is really decent. We usually oder bacon, pepperoni and sausage, but the vegetarian is also delicious. One of the reasons we keep ordering from them is their excellent customer service. The person who takes me order is always very kind and friendly, as is the delivery guy. If you live in Centretown, give them a try!

This is the place to go when you’re low on cash and payday is a day away. The pizza is good, not 5 star, but good. It’s also affordable — 2 for 1 deals, 2 slices and a drink for $ 4.47…

This place is ok. It’s very reasonably priced and the delivery is fast. I’ve never found the pizza to be particularly good, I find ALL pizza in Ottawa tastes the same(minus The Grand and other obvious ones). I guess if you’re looking for a cheap eat check this place out. I’ll also mention I tried a burger here before and was surprised by how good it was.

Excellent pizza and the best hot wings I’ve tasted in Canada– they use real Buffalo sauce. There is one outdoor table and a bar to sit at with only two chairs, so it’s best for take out or delivery. I’ll be back for sure. What an excellent find!

My boyfriend and I were on the way to buy some munchies at about 10:30pm, but since the closest convenience stores were closed, we passed by Pizza Shark and thought we’d give it a try. We saw a sign outside that said two slices and a pop for about four bucks, so we thought it was a good deal, which ended up being their cheapest. Walking up the steps, I remember thinking how incredibly inaccessible their restaurant is — good thing they offer delivery. We chose two pepperoni slices and a Coke, though we should have gone with the«Combo» pizza, which actually just looked like pepperoni and green peppers, but looked much fresher. The pop was nice and cold. and that was the best part. The pizza was just terrible. I hate to say it, but it tasted like cardboard. The pepperoni was good, but the cheese and dough were stale and tasted(at least) a day or two old. Aside from the pepperoni, it wasn’t very flavorful and we couldn’t even finish the two slices between us because of the texture. I don’t think I’ll be back here unless I’m coming home from a serious night at the bars.
