I had a late breakfast today at Café La Grotta, suggested by my buddy. What pleasant surprise! Joe, the new owner, introduced himself and told us of the new changes to both the menu and hours of operation coming in the next few weeks. He is going to have an awesome patio setup for 40 people, small plates of food (free) with the purchase of drinks (Tapis-​European style), and open late night! Can’t beat the location or the prices. Service was the best I’ve had in a long time. Thanks Joe for the warm Italian hospitality and great atmosphere. Cheers!

Waited 10 minutes just to see an employee… Cheap prices & cheap quality. You probably have to be Italian to get half decent service

No frills and nooo problem. Tasty breakfast — old school espresso, and a great lunchtime sandwich menu. Sit inside, or scooch into the cozy patio. The price and service are great too and it’s licensed to boot. Viva Italia!
