Le Michel Ange

Le Michel Ange is a coffee house and coffee roaster that is well hidden in an industrial area bordering Little Italy and Hintonburg. It’s a really low key kind of place. The coffee is good. They have a few pastries but not an extensive selection. Bring your own mug and get your coffee for a buck!
The décor is simple but cute — the chairs seats are upholstery with burlap coffee bags! The roasting machines are in plain view and they add to the ambiance. I saw a few signs which indicated that they do alot of evening events (e.g., dinners, private parties, disco night).
We even picked up a piece of art work from a local artist that was on display. I believe they rotate artists on a regular basis.
Definitely a neat place that we expect to visit again.
