I had a hankering for a nice sandwich, and wanted to give this place another shot (their grill was down last time I went). I honestly don’t know how they do any business with a Vera’s so close by. The only thing Ricky’s/Fatburger has going for it is ample seating.
I ordered a cajun chicken sandwich ‘platter’ and a coke. The platter designation means you get a side for a few bucks more than just a sandwich. If you want a salad instead of fries or rings, it’s another few bucks on top of that. In the end, my (mostly bun) sandwich, and my iceberg/​tomato/​mushroom salad plus a coke cost me TWENTY DOLLARS with a meagre tip.
Are you effing kidding me?
In the end I felt totally robbed, considering a trip to Vera’s or even Red Robin would have been better quality-​wise and cheaper to boot.
Suck it, Ricky’s. Suck it long, and suck it hard.

Really good milkshakes. Burgers were good. Simple but well done fries. Very much what you’d expect.
