I’ve made a number of purchases at this location and have always left satisfied, however the eveny that took place just 2 days ago made me write this review.
I bought a suite 2 years ago and never ended up needing it until about a couple weeks ago. I tires it on and it did not fit as i lost a few pounds over the years. After explaining this to the sales staff and asking them if there’s anyway to exchange for another of the same value that will fit me, he mentioned that the manager had gone for the day, but offered to call him on his cell to get some sort of approval. Shortlt after the manager himself came back to the store and made sure that i was taken care of for the exchange.
Great service, will definitely be back in the future!

The worst customer service I have ever had. I have never written a bad review before but I still can’t believe how I was treated. The sales person told me to come back when I could actually make a decision. He also refused to let me try on items and wouldn’t get me certain sizes. I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve started to do all my shopping at Moores. The selection is great and the quality is excellent. And beyond that, the service is exceptional. I recently purchased a sports jacket that mysteriously developed a hole in the elbow (probably due to moths). The manager offered to replace it free of charge, even though it had nothing to do with the quality of the item. He even found an identical jacket at another location and arranged to get it to me in time for an upcoming trip. Thanks Moores — service like that just doesn’t seem to happen any more.
