First time I went in with my brother in search of purchasing a new car. We looked at the cars then stood in the center of the dealership waiting for someone to greet us. Not a single person came. The sales manager walked right by us without speaking a word (I saw him come out of his sales manager office). There were 3 sales people in their office, one with his feet up, who clearly saw us come in and not a single person bothered to help us.
The second time we came in (later that week) we were, again, greeted by no one. Reception called for a sales person but no one showed up. I had THREE salespeople walk right by me and not even say hello. I mean, do you even want to sell a car? Really? Finally we managed to grab a guy and, I don’t mean to be offensive here, but he could hardly speak English and clearly couldn’t understand what we were asking for
Long story short, avoid this place at all cost. I just walked to a different dealership, the type that actually greets people and wants to make sales, and am much happier. Still completely dumbfounded by horrible this place is!

Horrible sales service. Wanted to upgrade my car to get rid of my negative equity. Was told that they had something that could possible work for me and they would call me back. Never did get a call back and left 4 messages for the sales manager. Week has gone by and not a word back. Taking my business elsewhere.

an inept salesman showed me incorrect/​inaccurate repair/​service paperwork for the vehicle i was looking at. i left in disgust when it didn’t seem like a big deal to the sales manager («oh well, mistakes happen»). i then wrote about my experience on their facebook page and for no reason except they didn’t like the negative feedback, i was deleted and banned from making further comments. found an awesome car elsewhere :)
