After a minor rear-​ender, I called MB to obtain autobody recommendations.
They said there was only one MB autobody in the lower mainland.
So I went there as soon as they opened at 8:30am Monday. I was told they didn’t have time to look at my car and provide an estimate; I was given the next appointment available in 15 days.
I dropped my car and expected it would be ready in 1 – 2 days based on previous experience with VW autobody shop.
The afternoon of the 2nd day, MB called to say they were submitting the pics and claim to ICBC and would be ordering the parts. So I might get my car back by Friday.
Combined with my poor service experience at the dealership a few months earlier, I should not have been surprised by this experience. I would never buy another MB.
BMW and VW/​Audi have much better customer service.

After trying their burnaby location with great service, I decided to try north vancouver b/​c that is where I live.
Be very carefully if you don’t have a high knowledge of car they change everything without inspection and charge you arm and leg!
After they were done with my car, I had to wait 10 minute b/​c they couldn’t find my key! The car was suppose to be clean, but wasn’t touched. when I complained to their manager and demanded some service, his response was «what are you after»
They have the worst service and I will never go back to them.

Having visited the Richmond shop before, it was time to give this place a try for my latest repairs.
Parking is available in the small lot out front, as well as on the street.
The building itself is super old and super tiny, but actually has a cozy feel.
The staff were very helpful and professional, and answered all of my questions. They were also very quick in providing a loaner.
When I got my car back, I noticed they broke the tab off one of the hatches in my bumper. It’s these little things that stop me from giving a higher rating for such shops.
