History

Established in 1987.

Cam Clark Ford opened in December of 1987 with 12 staff members in Airdrie Alberta.

In March of 1994 Cam Clark Ford acquired Stadium Ford Sales in Winnipeg Manitoba.

In 1999 Cam Clark Ford (Olds) was acquired in Olds Alberta.

Cam Clark Ford Lincoln was acquired in May 2002 in North Vancouver from

Dave Buck Ford.

A second dealership in Manitoba, Cam Clark Ford Carmen was acquired in 2003.

Showed up at 9am for my appointment for an hour and half job. 11:30 and I am still here. Would have helped if they even started looking at my vehicle before 10:30. Nice enough front desk people and they offered to shuttle me somewhere. Just get the impression they think their time is more valuable than their customers. Will not be coming back.

Service, is like a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in I received eye contact with all 3 reps at the counter and a friendly hello from the one closest to me. I was help almost immediately. The service rep helping me needed info about my car and proceed to come outside with me to gather it as appose to simply sending me to get it myself. They handled my brake light (bulb) replacement right away and I was not made to feel like a burden the way Coastal Ford made me feel. I’ve found my new service department.

Buying a car is exhausting. You do research online, find the style you want, you go for multiple test drives. You then get to talk to sales reps who are constantly trying to get you to buy a car you don’t really want. There are some really Slippery lying cheats in some cases. And then you meet Douglas at Cam Clark Ford. I asked that guy about 100 questions and he answered every one, patiently. He let me test drive 2 different cars and they were good long test drives. He spoke to his wife and told her he would be late coming home because he had to help a VIP customer. I asked him to price out the car I wanted with the extended warranty and without — «no problem Mr. Customer». I asked for the Costco deal and the X price. He came back with a great price lower than either. If I am spending 30k on a new car I appreciate a patient sales rep like Douglas.

Worst Service Experience I have ever had!
Had to fight to get them to address warranty issues — told to «take your car to another Ford Dealer if you want the repairs done under your warranty!
Save your money — NEVER BUY A FORD EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!
DO NOT EXPECT HONEST AND COMPETENT SERVICE FROM CAM CLARK FORD NORTH VANCOUVER !
AVOID «LANCE» in service AT ALL COSTS — HE IS EITHER A MORON, A CHEAT, OR BOTH. Do not expect «Keith» the Service Manager to follow through on requests for service. If you make the mistake of going here, get a another quote elsewhere — odds are the assessment from Cam Clark Service Department will be WRONG!!!
I WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALER!
