Sensational food every time! No matter where we visit, if there’s a keg then we’ll go eat there! It’s myself and my fiancé’s favourite restaurant as we celebrated our engagement dinner in the Keg in Vancouver! The staff are always lovely and the food is just out of this world! It can seek pricey for the food maybe to some people, but honestly: I ordered steak and garlic mash with green beans and peppers, a glass of white wine, and a 7 up, and himself ordered a main of steak and lobster with garlic mash and veg, 2 mojitos and 1 beer and it was a little over $ 100? The food was quality and we only paid that across the road in another restaurant the night before, and the food was downright horrible so! You really don’t mind once the food is spot on also was served a basket of warm bread and some butter prior to our meals and considering how busy it was, the service was great! The photos do no justice as the lights were dimmed(the keg always has low lighting) but trust me when I say, you have to go! You won’t be disappointed :)

Came here with a large party, including 5 kids(2 babies) and the staff were more than accommodating. They gave us a private room with an excellent view. The food was great, although the kids were a little disappointed that the blender wasn’t working so they couldn’t have smoothies. Yes, the food is pricier in Niagara but we had large amounts of gift cards so that wasn’t an issue.

Someone tell me again why food is so expensive in Niagara Falls canada? Really? 2 appetizers and 3 drinks for 80 dollars. Which usually isn’t a problem if the drinks are good or if the food is good. But 2⁄3 of us threw up from the calimari and the food and drinks were terrible. I could have gotten better food at the gas station. The 500 Marriott points I received were not worth the sub par food. Don’t eat here or anywhere near the tourist trap of the falls. Bad showing Canada, bad showing.

Really pricey stake house food is just fine. Not worth the money. However the view is beautiful.

Ordered the blacked sirlion and my date ordered the teriyaki steak. Both were well prepared and very tasty. Perfectly cooked. The sides were delicious. The free app bread was nice, warm and crunchy out on the outside. Love that free bread! LOL. Only small downside was the portion size seemed a bit small. Just could be me though. Not taking off any stars for this. Service was a bit slow but this is expected for any Niagara place that attracts people. Used the hotel discount and got two free drinks. Great value if you get the coupons. Would come again! Ate the free breakfast here too. Omelet station was so awesome. And the other breakfast options(bacon, french toast sticks, waffles, yogurt, etc.) were good. Overall 5 stars! *****

I ordered a margarita — the glass was given to me half full with a huge ice cube in it. Was going to order food but decided not too.

We chose to take a cab ride to this Keg rather than go to the one closer to the hotel. We are glad we did! The meal was very enjoyable and service was terrific. The restaurant had a kid’s menu with multiple choices — more than just the typical chicken fingers(although they have them too). One child had the sirloin which was a perfect size and very tasty. My husband had a steak and I had the salmon. We passed on dessert as we were full from dinner. I would recommend The Keg for a steakhouse experience which does not break the bank.

On 1−30−15, my spouse & I on our annual once a year getaway w/no children weekend dined here. You receive a package deal with the hotel stay upon checking in giving you so much off, therefore, we use it to our advantage! And The Keg never disappoints! My wife dined on the PISTACHIOCRUSTED SALMON-it’s served on garlic mashed potato, bacon sautéed Brussels sprouts, and maple butter. It was excellent & a must have if you go! Myself, I devoured a PEPPERCORNNEW YORK-a New York strip loin coated with black peppercorns and creamy peppercorn sauce. In general, if you are staying in the Falls on the Canadian side of the border, dine @ The Keg, about a ½ mile from the infamous Clifton Hill

Over priced and rude staff! Sat at the bar and had 2 beers and Chips and dip for $ 35 dollars. Not worth it… nothing fancy about the place either, very loud!

If you’re staying at the Marriott, this place is a must for a special dinner splurge! We too received a 20% off coupon from the hotel, which helps b/c it is a bit pricy and worth it. My wife and I shared a late meal of a 20 oz bone in Rib Eye, which they cooked to perfection as ordered. It was the best one I’ve had in quite some time! Our appetizer was the Bree; which was superb. Even the hot bread served was killer. Great wine selections too. They even had entertainment we could hear in the next room; this added to the great ambience.

We were staying in the hotel, and were given a 20% off coupon at check-in. We got dinner here somewhat late on Friday night, and were pleasantly surprised. The reviews online made me a little nervous — but the service was great, and the food was good. I had the filet mignon and my SO had the new york strip. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and very delicious. Our server recommended a lovely wine for me, and my SO was very happy to see Innis and Gunn on the menu. We would return if we are in the area again.

Stayed at the courtyard and received a 40 dollar coupon plus 2 free drinks free! Our waitress was amazing! The food was great! I would definitely go back!

Been here twice. Not recommended. The steak was over cooked and sautéed vegetables was under seasoned. garlic shrimp was not bad.

Atmosphere: noisy and confused. Forget about trying to get a table with the only nice view of the falls. You have to be there with the help. The rest of us will get a view of the next table and rushing waiters and waitresses. It was like being in a noisy cruise ship dinning room, but not as good as ANY cruise ship I have been on! Forget about enjoying any fine dining. This is a glorified diner. I guess since most people are foreign and then only in town for 2days, you really don’t have to please. staff: hostesses are not very helpful and handle customers like a deli counter clerk. ½ pound of turkey please! I noticed that the busboy/girls were young and quite inexperienced. Our waiter was in attentive to the table. With our party of 6, I had to scold him for trying to leave the table before he even got all the drink orders. The entrees were brought in shifts and 2steaks had to be returned as they were not cooked correctly. My wife ended up eating her dinner after we already finished ours. POOR! He was simply horrible and deserved no tip. Fortunately for him we split the check or he would have got 2cents from me. Food: pedestrian. For a steak place the steaks were poor. I could get a better steak in an outback restaurant. The steak was borderline going back tuff and for the cut I chose, too much grizzle. When I was done I would have been more satisfied at a Burger King. I would not recommend this place to anybody that knows what good food is.

This Keg location has recently been renovated and looks more like the Keg’s I’m used to. It is so much nicer than it was and the food and service is still fantastic. Once again, I was drawn to the Dungeness Crab and it did not fail me. Once again, we booked the same hotel deal which included a $ 40 credit at the Keg and breakfast buffet for two. We made our dinner reservation a few days prior to coming through Open Table, which made it really convenient.

A really nice Keg located near all of the fun stuff in the touristy area. Because of that, the prices are higher than usual. I got charged some tourist tax despite being locals the last time I was here. Dumb. But it’s the Keg! Filled with sweet, sweet, tender meat. The other shitty thing about this location is that the bathroom is not in the restaurant, but in the hotel lobby that it’s connected to. This normally wouldn’t be a problem except that you have to walk a good kilometre or two before you get to it(slight exaggeration).

Not many things are more fun than going out with steak with a group of friends during a mini vacation, and while the food here is not any different from any other Keg, I give it 4 stars for their fantastic staff. I’ve been here 2.5 times(the 0.5 just for drinks) and while we’ve always had no problems with the staff, the last time I was here, our waitress just made the dining experience so much better for us. I must admit if it were not for that fact this would probably be just a 3 star place, so hope you don’t get stuck with a boring waitress :) Apart from that, the restaurant is in the Courtyard Marriott hotel, and the location is not far from the Clifton Hill area and as a result is not right in the middle of the busy and noisy entertainment area down there. There are probably better steak options out there, but in terms of the dining experience/atmosphere this Keg does a good job. And if you’re staying at the hotel, you can just charge your food bill to the room bill and leaves you feeling like you just had a free dinner… sort of.

The steak I had here was delicious. I could not stop eating it even though I was full… That good. Also had my first«Canadian» beer. Not a huge fan, lol. The bread here comes hot out of the oven and is amazing.
