Hampton Inn by Hilton

This is like any other Hampton Inn I have been to! It’s amazing! My family ordered a room for $ 77 and we got 2 Queen Sized beds and a couch that can turn into another Queen Sized bed. The air conditioner kind and smelled like burnt rubber, but it’s barely noticeable. The beds are nice and comfy! The staff are nice and very helpful! Free breakfast was just a blast! They had waffles, bagels, muffins, fruits, cereal, and more. You can also get a hot tea or coffee anytime which is a very nice! Breakfast works 6 AM — 10 AM.
The gym was like any other gym, nothing very special, had some towels to wipe your sweat and very cold water. The pool was only 4 — 5 feet deep, that was disappointing. Unlike any other pools, this has very few chemicals and there wasn’t that much of a strong smell, so that is another score up! The hot tub wasn’t that hot as I expected. It may seem like it, but after like 2 minutes, it feels like you are taking a warm bath. The sauna is rare in hotels and it is one of the main reasons I actually reserved a room for 3 days instead of 1. The sauna is like any other sauna, very hot and dry.
Outside my window wasn’t very a «city view». It was some sort of Asain temple with a lot of windows. I don’t know what it is but at least it doesn’t make too much noise in the middle of the night.
Overall, I think this is worth a stay, and probably one of the best places for cheap around Niagara Falls! Highly recommended it!

You just can’t go wrong at a Hampton Inn! The beds are nice and fluffy! There’s excellent coffee and other hot drinks available 24 hours. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. My husband and I are here celebrating our 2 year anniversary at Niagara Falls. What a pleasant surprise! Check out our room!

After hoping from hotel to hotel during house renos, this place is awesome:
Pros:
–Comfy bed
–easy to use regulated heating
— decent in room coffee
— cool USB and outlet plug in on end table by the bed.
–Hot and cold breakfast every morning is the best (including a waffle maker and fresh fruit)
— there’s always free hot coffee (decaf, regular, strong, hot water for tea) available.
— the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful (they got me a better rate then what was available anywhere online)!!
— the pool and hot tub are awesome and clean
— the fitness centre is limited, but clean and there are always clean towels available.
Cons:
— shower was tricky to turn on, but once I called the front desk they quickly told me how to work it and I was good
— the tub and shower is a little on the small side.
— the key cards work kinda haha, u have to swipe em a few times sometimes or rub it against ur clothes then swipe it.
— it is out of the way of the falls, so don’t expect a fantastic view.
All in all, sooooooo happy to be staying here, especially for $ 59 a night!

Not worth what we paid.
We chose the King Studio.
The faucet on the sink was spraying out the side so there was water all over.
The fireplace did NOT work… so we missed out on that.
The shower was very small. I felt like I was showering in a camper.
The «city view» was crap.
The shower head did not work properly.
The «heart shaped» tub/​whirlpool was crap.
The water output to the tub could melt your skin off. BE CAREFUL!
While Im at it, the fitted bed-​sheet was put on backwards.
