Dynamic Health and Fitness

In looking at different gyms to be a member of, I found this online and paid a visit. I was welcomed by a staff member and within three minutes the owner, Jeff came out to greet me and offer me a tour. The gym is separated into two parts, a «women’s only» section and a «coed» section. In the middle of the gym was where the studio is for Zumba, yoga, etc… Overall the gym was extremely nice and all equipment looked new. Jeff was very nice and professional. Upon leaving, he gave me his business card with a «one complimentary workout for myself and a friend». As much as I’d like to go and try this gym out, I don’t think I can make a decision in just one visit. Most gyms offer a two week trial which is a generous amount of time to test out classes and equipment to see if one wants to become a member. One day doesn’t do anything for me.

The staff appears to be very professional and courteous, the equipement is brand new and the premises are kept clean and tidy! (Thumps-​up). However as a former fitness group instructor myself at a different gym back in the days, I have seen at this gym that some fellow members are not wearing what could be considered ”Proper Fitness Attire” that range from wearing toques… to very suggestive attires such as tank tops that partially display nude parts of of male breasts or total parts of lumbar muscles. Tips for management: I trust you have a dress code policy. It’s the matter of reinforcing it.

I just joined, fairly new and very well kept gym. Staff is super friendly and can’t wait to try their classes as well.
Good selection of cardio and weights. They have tanning, if you’re I to that and a closed off ladies only section for you ladies who want to work out in a closed off area away from the gay and straight men!
I’ll update my review as appropriate, since I’m a new member I may have not found out about all the quirks this gym may have. Hope I don’t!

This place has just opened up, and we went there for a week while staying in the area. The equipment is all new and everything is clean. As we were on holidays, we were lucky to go after the morning rush at around 9am when it was very quiet which was really nice. I’d recommend this place — if we lived in the area we would go!
