History
Established in 2013.
We began out of necessity. With almost 450 outstanding Personal Training sessions on the books after the gym we worked for went bankrupt, I knew I had to do something. I decided to take on as many of the sessions as I could, to make sure my clients still got the services that they had paid for.
With few places around that offer a reasonable place to train, and fewer still with the right atmosphere to encourage change, I decided to open my own. Housed in a unique location on Front Street, I brought in only the best equipment I could, designed to help get the best results possible with my clientele.
Meet the Business Owner
TJ S.
Business Owner
TJ Sider doesn’t believe in shortcuts. He believes in hard work, time-tested tactics, and redefining your personal best. It was his own experiences with obesity and chronic pain that lead him to discover nutrition, strength and conditioning.
Upon seeing the positive effects fitness had on his own life, he wanted to share his knowledge with others. After extensive training at the university level in Sports Performance, plus courses in sports nutrition, the BioSignature method, and advanced methods for strength, conditioning and functional movement, TJ had the good fortune of interning with some of the best minds in the business — including Barry Butt of Premier Strength in Edmonton Alberta. There, he worked with up-and-coming athletes (many of whom have since entered the NCAA, NHL, or Junior Leagues), before going on to work with the Poliquin Performance team. His approach to training and conditioning brings balance and structure to an industry obsessed with fads.
