I have been a customer for over 10 years and have seen how this facility keeps improving and growing yet never loses its peaceful and calm nature. I love going here for the ambience and the therapists that are working here. I have had a variety of massage styles and I am always very satisfied. When finished with the massage I love to just sit and drink the water or tea they offer and just reset my mind to a happy peaceful place.
The facility has expanded and there is a wonderful feel to the layout now. It feels like a wonderland to explore and the rooms are all perfectly appointed and just cozy. Combine that with the high talent of the therapists and you are in massage heaven!
The spa also has some wonderful juices available for purchase. They are created by the team at the spa and they taste fantastic! Make sure you try one at your next visit!

The place is soooooo nice. The décor, the ambiance, the space itself make you relax. I’ve got the Indonesian package: facial, body scrub and massage. I can’t say I got the best massage ever but it was good. The scrub was very interesting. The facial that was offered with the package didn’t include extractions… that was a it disappointed I don’t think this information was very clear on the website. It was still a good facial and I love the fact that they use natural products. They offered me a snack and a tea after all. I lounged in the beautiful rest area. Every body who works there is so nice and attentive. I would definitely go back to that spa.

J’ai bien aimé ma première expérience de 60 mins massage suédois à Espace Nomade. Accueil chaleureux, j’ai été dirigé vers la salle de repos pour remplir une fiche santé et attendre ma masseuse. Musique, lumière relaxante. Elle m’amèné vers la salle de massage. Je spécifie que j’ai besoin qu’on se concentre sur mes jambiers, dos, bras, épaule, pectoraux et d’éviter le ventre. Musique relaxante. Elle commence par des effleurement, suivi par un travail sur le dos. Ensuite, le cou, épaule. Puis, les fameux jambiers. Incroyable travail. J’ai senti les noeuds musculaires de mes jambiers se détacher. Agréable sensation. La température de la salle était un peu froide. Néanmoins, j’ai adoré la chaleur dégagée par l’huile/ crème de massage. Par la suite, elle s’est concentré sur les pectoraux et les bras. Ayant fait un entraînement des pectoraux et des bras le matin même, le massage était optimal. À la fin de la séance, j’ai été invité à prendre du thé dans la deuxième salle de repos. Bonne première expérience pour un massage suédois. Ça me donne le goût d’essayer les autres types de massage.

Just had the best couple massage! My therapist was Tessa, who did an amazing job at hitting the stressed spots I pointed out. Having some water and a hot tea after made it all the better. I’ve gone to many spas all over Montréal and the world. I will be back for sure. A very beautiful, zen, professional place to go.

I had a great massage recently from Emiliano. I was having issues with both my shoulders and low back and by the time I got off the table I was feeling 100% better. I only wish I lived in Montréal so I could see him regularly.

J’avais vraiment besoin d’un massage en profondeur et souvent les massothérapeutes par qui je me suis fait masser n’allaient pas dans les «deep tissues» comme je l’aurais souhaité et malgré mes demandes. Cette fois-​ci j’ai été comblée! J’ai également pu profiter de la promo du mardi soir où l’on a droit à 90 min pour le prix de 60 $. Ma massothérapeute se nommait Geneviève et j’ai eu l’impression qu’elle avait beaucoup d’expérience dans le domaine. J’aime également cet endroit pour l’utilisation des produits biologiques et souvent vegan.
C’était ma deuxième visite chez Espace Nomad et alors que la première fois je n’ai pas été plus que «satisfaite», cette fois j’ai été bien convaincue que lorsque j’aurai besoin d’un bon massage qui «dénoue», j’y retournerai avec grande joie!

the worst massage ever !! i got scammed !!! he was just caressing me and stopping every few minute for no reason ! these people can not be masseuse !!! impossible !! same for my boyfriend !! donno go there trust me and i never usually write reviews but this one i had to do it its was the worst massage of my life ever for both of us.

Worst massage ever .they pet you not massage you. Give yourself a favour and save your time and money. Don’t go there ZERO MASSAGE SKILLS.

This place is really wonderful, it was my first spa/​massage experience and i have no complaints. The atmosphere of the spa is it exactly what you’re looking for on a bone chilling Montréal winter day when all you need is a warm, comfortable relaxing few hours. The dim lights, soothing music and refreshments around every corner with comfy little nooks to rest yourself really envelope the whole character if the place. There is a student discount every Thursday along with other fabulous deals! I gifted my boyfriend a couples massage fir his birthday, (which is definitely a wonderful gift option) and it was fabulous. Everyone was extremely attentive and the massage therapists knew exactly what they were doing. Cant wait to return

My fiancé and I were visiting Montréal from «the states» during our long holiday weekend. We both thought it might be nice to get a couples massage since I myself had never gotten a massage. In general, Espace Nomad is a wonderfully decorated space that has a «calming» feel to it. My review overall isn’t on the appearance of this place but more-​so the actual massage I received.
One thing I did not know going into our massages was that I would have a male as my masseuse. I did feel a little uncomfortable at first and had a difficult time trying to relax. My masseuse was a very nice guy and genuinely cared about his work and putting the customer at ease. What I didn’t particularly enjoy was how HARD he worked my back and face. In the beginning I told him I dealt with back problems as well as frequent migraine headaches. When he first started my massage, he dug so deep into my back that I almost Unilocaled. The only reason I didn’t was because my fiancé was in the same room and I didn’t want to startle him! Half way through my massage, the masseuse asked me if I needed the pressure changed. I informed him that I would like the pressure lightened but I didn’t really feel a difference. By the time both myself and my fiances massages were done, I had a terrible/​painful headache. Getting up I almost fainted and felt incredibly lightheaded only having been lying down for 60 minutes. Mind you I didn’t even fall a sleep during any of this because it was so painful. For the rest of the night, I had a terrible migraine headache which really ruined my whole night. I ended up having to go to bed early because I couldn’t take the pain anymore.
In my opinion, this place is nice and I have no issues with any of the employees. Personally I feel that the massage therapists do need to pay more attention to their clients and what they’re expressing. In the future, I don’t think my fiancé and I would ever come back here again in part of my unfortunate experience.

I came for a visit to this spa while visiting Montréal and enjoyed myself. The ambiance is quaint, with a warm feel. The staff were polite and very friendly, but did not blow me away.
I started the afternoon with a body scrub and facial, followed by a massage. The scrub was ok, but could have been more complete — when I got home I noticed patches on my legs and sides that were clearly missed by the therapist.
Next was my facial — also done by the same therapist — probably the best facial I’ve ever had! My skin felt soft, fresh and renewed. No lingering greasiness and the perfect amount of moisture. To top it off, the skin in my face felt tighter and completely rejuvenated.
Last was my massage — sadly, nothing to write home about. The massage therapist was a male, which didn’t bother me, but I was expecting more of a massage-​type treatment, instead of simple mobilizations of my joints and energy /​breath work and a very light petting type massage. I wish he had gotten into my muscles more — even after asking for more pressure, the therapist continued his routine. The treatment was relaxing, but could have been more therapeutic. All in all an ok visit to a cute spa.

I’ve been here a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed the massages. It’s a small and cozy spa, with great employees who are eager to fix you up and make you feel brand new. The ambiance is very relaxing, and that says a lot coming from me since half the time I can’t relax until the massage is over.
I got a manicure once and it was… average. However, the massages have been great and modestly priced. For 90 minutes, you can get a full body massage for 100 $. It’s so worth it. If you’re going with your significant other, or a friend, you can share a room as well.

Very good place for a relaxing day of me time, that’s right you deserve it!
What I like about this place is that the massages are great but the overall experience is sooooo calming that even the type A personalities (I may acually be a double A), can relax.
The setting is very pretty with nice soft lighting and amazing smells, they also are very and I do mean very selective about the products they use and how they are made, often using exotic scents and oils, which leaves you feeling like you were away on some vacation away from the cold and harsh reality.
They are quite peace and love so they can find some magical elixir that will cure what ailes you, in a very organic, homepathic kinda a way.
If you can try there combo messages for couples, and here is a tip they do a lot of corporate functions, so maybe you should tell your boss, and have them come to where you work, it may not increase productivity on the day of, but it will show how appreciated everyone is, and I guarantee that will bring results

This place was very relaxing and quiet. My husband said it was one of the best massages that he has ever had. I am picky and like deep tissue, and I would say the therapists here are more about relaxation and swedish massage. But, this place was nice, and since we were there earlier in the day, we got 90 minute massages for the price of 60, which was pretty kewl! Staff was very friendly and ambience was nice.
