Came here to pickup a few items. Customer service is lacking, being the only customer inside the 2 sales were busy chatting away at the back, must be some top secret must attend meeting. I had to request for their assistance 3 times before I got any type of response and after answering was asked, is that it? I am sorry if I interrupted their busy schedule with my unimportant question. When I went to pay, I asked if they run promotions and she snapped back«we do not participate in those as we are in Pacific Mall. If you want promotions goto other stores.» Wow, I must have done something to piss them off, but I will never return and take my business else where.

The displays are really nice, very beautiful architecture and design. Came in for a browse and they have a tester for almost everything. It’s very nice to come come here on vacation. In the future might shop here.

I’ll keep this review nice and short with just two words — overly crowded. edit: This shop location did not have the Aura color control cc cream in 03 medium beige when I went while the other locations do.

4⁄5 stars for the products. I like their $ 4 eyebrow liner, I’ve tried the Aqua bb cream and that’s okay(though a bit too light for me), I’ve also tried a couple of their masks and they’re ok. Recently I bought the chia seed essence so I’ll see how that goes. 4⁄5 for service. Service is good, the workers are helpful, nice and informative, but the points card system has been really faulty for me(so I’m pulling the rating down to 3⁄5 stars). Twice I’ve looked at my receipt(where my points balance is) and saw that I had no previous points collected. So I’ve lost my records twice… also, I asked what the points are for and they said once I reach 4000 points they’ll give me a $ 20 gift card. $ 1 = 5 though so at this rate it’d mean I’d need to spend $ 800 to reach that amount –___– They said I’m supposed to carry my old receipts and show them just in case these things happen… :S

Right at the entrance, there was an employee explaining that you could sign up for a membership card and receive a sample. Who doesn’t love samples? She then handed me a cute, shopping cart. From general reviews, there seems to be a problem with either employees being too attentive or not attentive at all. However, I didn’t have a problem them. Employees were always there, but didn’t disturb you much unless you had question. They did demonstrate a few products, so that was nice. Overall, I only brought around $ 20 worth of purchases, but that still earned me some samples and a bag of samples for spending $ 20. When you’re checking out, they’ll ask you for your skin type and give you the appropriate samples. If you’re into great customer service(…and freebies like me…) the PMall location is honestly the best.

Exceptional service! The ladies working here, especially the one who is always standing at cash are super helpful but not to the point where they’re following you around the store and staring over your shoulder. The Pacific Mall location also carries more varieties when it comes to their products.

This store is definitely a favourite of mine at pmall. The customer service is great and the products suit my needs. Price wise, it’s at a reasonable price and comparable to regular drugstores. The sales associates are really friendly and help when you’re looking around the store. Don’t be shy if you want to try their products and need help with the testers. I have combination skin and I was recommended to get the Nature Garden bar in Brightening Rice(about $ 6) because it’s gentle enough for dry and sensitive skin. I used this in the winter time, because my face becomes really dry, and it gave my face a fresh feeling and helped my dry skin. I also got some single eye shadows(about $ 5 each) and the payout is okay considering the price, although I do use a primer beforehand. I love their retractable eyebrow pencil($ 4.50?) and the eyebrow mascara($ 10) because the colours match my eyebrows and hair colour really well. Overall, my shopping experience here was nice and I’ve been coming back ever since!

Unlike my recent experience at Holika Holika, The Face Shop has actually won me over with their service. When I’m looking at products, the sales associate simply gives me useful info on the product and then backs off and gives me space. I was looking for a night serum and the sales associate was wise enough to ask me my skin type first, and then did a really good job at recommending me a product that I love so far.(I got the E’tym essence which is really moisturizing, smells really nice, and is paraben free!) I also like that they give you free samples that correspond to your skin type and your purchase. They also have a point card thing, which I am really excited to use on my next purchase!

Well-known Korean cosmetic and skincare brand store located in Pacific Mall. Very well organized with bright interior, also love their packaging, esp., small tiny hand cream with animal characters. As a male customer, I really like their mask pack and bb cream for men. Also the sales reps are working very friendly and helpfully explain about the product. They also work very hard to match best product with my skin type. I visit this store every week and feel like having personal skin care coordinator.

The Face Shop is a Korean based skincare and cosmetics store located inside Pacific Mall(Unit E76). This well organized, super clean and bright store is stacked with colorful cosmetics and tons of interesting face products, and some of which come in super cute packaging! The have hand creams, facial moisturizers, masks, cleansers for all skin types, scrubs, makeup and more. The ladies working here are super friendly and helpful and they really know their products well and know what products to recommend a costumer according to their skin type. I love how the girls working here help you without making you feel pushed to purchase the products. I got myself some moisturizing collagen powder that turns into a facial mask($ 3.50), volcanic facial clay($ 11.25) and some other moisturizing masks($ 1.50-$ 4). I really enjoy all the products I’ve purchased and they weren’t expensive; prices are great! I have my eye on their nail polishes and cheek stains that come in matryoshka doll packaging! Also, If you sign up for the membership card(it’s free) you get 10% off every time you shop there.

It’s here. The Face Shop. In less than a decade The Face Shop has gone from a single«no no that’s not at all a rip off of The Body Shop» store in Seoul’s fashionable Myeong Dong to shy of 1,000 stores in 22 countries. But, apparently, and probably with some pride, NOTJAPAN. The Face Shop’s gimmick seems to be getting a pretty boy kpop star(no, NOT Psy!), slathering him(yes, him) up with all manner of Face Shop cosmetics, and then demonstrating if Face Shop can make a Korean male so pretty you’d try to set him up with your oppa, it can work wonders on your study-tired craggy old hobak face. What’s wrong with you? Maybe you should have listened to your mother. Face shop BB Cream. Stat. The current Face Shop male model is Kim Hyun-joong and his face is well plastered all over this P Mall store. Kim who? Like the guy from Boys Over Flowers( ). I mean, duh.
