Bought a case, less than 5 mins it started falling apart, went back they gave another phone case, and it fell apart right there in the store. They didn’t return back any money! And it was only a few steps out of the store! The supervisor and sales associate didn’t want us to speak to the owner. And they were both extreamly rude, terrible customer service ! Don’t sell me a phone cAse that the beads are falling apart in the first place! This is ridiculous! They deserve to go out of business !

I got a screen protector, case and keyboard cover for my Mac a couple weeks ago for around $ 30. I thought this place was great until I recommended it to my friend to get her phone fixed yesterday.
Her headphone jack wasn’t working and they were going to charge her $ 30 which is understandable. But they warned us that they would charge us $ 10 just to see if they could fix it. But my friend still did it anyway and they said it would take around 30 minutes.
We came back half an hour later and the girl said that they haven’t started yet… please note that this was a MONDAY afternoon. I can’t imagine what would happen on a Saturday. We came back another half an hour later and the lady said to give them 10 more minutes. So we did and came back and she said to give them 5 more minutes. This time we waited at the store and we saw no movement at all except some conversations through their walky talky. Until the lady told us the guy was coming with the phone. 5 more minutes later and she said he was really coming now.
When we paid we wanted to lower the price down by $ 5 but she was reluctant. She kept saying how she said it would take around half an hour. It took well over one hour. All she gave my friend was a 10% card… we are not going to use it.

Friendly staff ready to help you find what you need. Came in looking for a cell phone screen protector for my Samsung S2. They had it and installed it (bubble free!) for $ 5 including all taxes. I can’t do stuff like that, me and my weird ass sausage-​like fingers just don’t have the dexterity and my brain doesn’t have the patience. I just want to slap things on things and go eat Wendy’s. You know? It’s my way. I was so glad they offered to install my screen protector.
