I was taken here by my mother, who loves this place, as a birthday gift. This visit was not pleasant at all. Many staff were on their phones. The massage was painful and far from relaxing. To top it off the technician who was with my daughter asked her how old she was then pulled out several nail colour samples. My daughter thought she was picking out a new nail polish colour, I was sitting a little ways away and thought she was choosing a nail design. The tech put shellac on my 13-​year-​old WITHOUT my consent! After blasting her and the owner I told my mother who was treating us not to pay for it. Needless to say I will never be returning.

I have been to many nail salons in my day. I just left Jade Nails and was not impressed by the experience at all.
The nail technicians were on their cell phones half the time they were doing my nails. The massage given was painful at times. Cleanliness could have also been better. No attention from staff throughout the experience at all. I will not be returning.

Favourite nail place in markham, they’re fast and use the best polishes. Unlike most places they do real bio gel (most places just use bio gel base coats). The application is thin and they also get the shape just right. They also play the w network so if you can feel like a stereotype house wife while you get your nails done.
Loooove this place.

Went here based on other reviews for a standard manicure. definitely didn’t meet my expectations. The girl doing my nails talked to her coworkers almost the whole time, wasn’t paying attention when she filed my nails so some are filed at a weird angle. She just seemed rushed. For $ 16 my nails are okay. But I won’t be going back.

They are a little hidden in a plaza east of the burger king. Called Friday night for a Saturday morning appointment. I was greeted and sat down immediately when I arrived. Great service and fair price! $ 65 for a shellac mani/​pedi.

Very good place to get your nails done! Made an appointment in the morning for lunchtime, they weren’t very busy (bonus) and I got great service. They have over 200+ gel colours to choose from and my technician took her time to ensure that I had a very thorough manicure. It look about 45 minutes to do my gel/​shellac manicure. Shoulder massage is a nice touch and relatively inexpensive ($ 28). I’d go again!

Had to get glammed up for a destination wedding in the Caribbean and I had 2 broken toenails from kick boxing class… yes I realize you are not suppsoed to kick with your toes, but you try 60 seconds of roundhouse kicks against a body opponent bag and see if you’re always accurate! Ok… I digress.
It was a Friday afternoon. I made an apt earlier that day with no problems. The salon was busy so glad I made the apt. There were a couple of walk-​ins that had to wait. The salon was also bright and clean.
I opted to get fake tips to fix my broken nails and a shellac Mani and Pedi to survive a weeklong beach vacation.
Both nail technicians that worked on my hands and feet were amazing. They took their time and it looked great. And, it lasted the entire week and some. I was in the water a lot too. My cousin who went elsewhere had her shellac Mani peeling by the end of the week. Mine still looked great 2 weeks after I had it done. I had to take it off though because my nails were growing out. I’ve never had shellac nails done before so had no idea how to take it off. I thought I had to go back, but the nail technician was nice enough to tell me that I can do it myself at home. I did take off the Mani myself but it wasn’t easy… and left my nails a bit dry and brittle. Will go back to remove the pedi.
My shellac pedi still looks great 3 weeks later though! Plus you can’t even tell I’ve got 2 fake nails.

I’m very please with the service. The staff was very accomodating when i walked in for pedi. I love the meticulous service. Plus the place is clean & neat. I also had a complimentary mini shoulder massage post pedi. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. I got an awesome staff Emma, very friendly, cheerful & seem to be enjoying her job.

Friday afternoon walk-​in for regular mani-​pedi ($ 36). Looked clean. Service is ok. Don’t expect any styling on your nails as it doesn’t seem like their usual service as they were surprised when I asked to put some bling on the ring fingers.

I decided to try this place based on the Unilocal reviews… I was looking for a clean place that uses new files and cleans their equipment and instruments properly.
It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice, spacious, and looks clean. The manicure tables are white so it hides the nail dust… but I wiped my finger across it and low and behold… covered in nail dust! They seem to clean their instruments well, put them in a sterilizer and use a new file and buffer for each client. I had time to watch them do this… which brings me to my next point…
I made an appointment for a friend and myself to get shellac manicures done at the same time. When we arrived (on time) we waited 5 – 10 minutes which is fine… and then we were seated at the manicure tables where my friend waited another 5 minutes and my manicure wasn’t started until 30 minutes after my appointment. I wasn’t upset but when the girl started cutting my nails I could tell she was rushing and was very close to cutting flesh a few times and the whole process felt very rushed. She did a decent job but it would have been much better if she took her time.
I would give it another try. Clean place, friendly ladies, probably a good manicure when not rushed.

Love this place! This place is nice and clean. The girls take their time and do a great job… I got a pedi and gel nails done here for my wedding, and they were perfect! Went back another time for a shellac mani and pedi– perfect again. Did a massage once too and it was very relaxing. Staff is great and friendly. I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often!

I walked in on Friday at noon for a pedicure and the receptionist was very nice and they accommodated me within a few minutes — even though they seemed busy with 5 – 6 current customers.
What I liked:

Great place for a quickie mani-​Ped. My Manipedicurist, Wendy, was fairly fastidious without compromising on speed. The selection of colours was somewhat vast but not extremely up-​to-​date. I proclaim this spot as a «Meh» for the décor and ambiance and an «A-​Ok» for skill.

Today is my first time at jade nails. The bio seaweed nails with tips cost $ 55 for single color. I think the French was only $ 50. The girl Wendy did an amazing job. I will def be back.
