I was charged $ 36 to FAX 21 pages to the United States.
Employees should emphasize the pricing before they process larger orders.

5+ stars for customer service. This is so necessary cuz when you have happy customers. word of mouth goes faster than a light year… =)
long story short, printed a document and had to bind it together for legal purposes. When one of the employees did it for me, i said it doesn’t look right because it was coil binding vs. cerlox binding. Then he told me, not to worry, take it. If in any case. its incorrect. come back and he will do it again for free.
So found out the next day it wasn’t correct. went back to this store and told them the situation. Manager, Meesam, was nice and honored what the employee said yesterday.
This is what I call customer service. 5 star plus.
