Can not even give them one start they don’t deserve not one but can post unless I put one, they are so rude I came here before and I said never again because how rude they were, and again I gave it a chance and nothing half of my food never came and when I ask she gave me an attitude they are rude need to learn some manners and realized they are in costumer services and this is how you lose costumers never again will return need to learn costumer service.

Staff complain if you order more than one thing and can’t explain to you what each roll is of. I almost had a allergic reaction with cream cheese because I was told there was none in the roll but I still saw it. Will never come here again. ever. Doesn’t even deserve one star

Best place to get unagi rolls. They use big pieces of eel and ugh it’s sooooo good! Their sushi in general is just delicious. I think the service has gotten a little slow but it’s only because of the language barrier. This is a popular place for businesses around the area and its a pretty good place for sushi outside of wonderland and Oxford!

Sushi was good… sashimi was ok. Everything was fresh. Service was fast. Décor was non-descript. This is an ok sushi place… not stupendous on food/menu items/price but I would return.

Great place to get some cheap but good sushi! We went with their a la carte menu and ordered their lunch specials. We were tempted to do the all you can eat option for $ 15.99 but knew we weren’t going to be able to eat a lot. We ended up ordering 5 rolls of sushi and a beef teriyaki lunch and it only cost us $ 33! We ordered 2 rolls for $ 8 and 3 rolls for $ 12 which is a great price considering how much supermarket sushi costs. We ordered the 2 servings of eel, spicy salmon, spicy tuna and smoked salmon sushi. The sushi was well made and they didn’t skimp on the filling like most places do. There wasn’t a lot of rice in the roll and lots of fish which was great! The beef teriyaki lunch was ok. It lacked some flavour but we were mainly here for the sushi anyways. The service here was ok. The waitress wasn’t very good at English and she forgot to serve us drinks but she did check up on us once in a while to make sure we’re good. She was also very friendly and she seemed really genuine so it’s hard to be too critical about her service. All in all, great sushi place to go to in London. Good quality and price!

We have been here for the lunch all you can eat twice. The 15 $ is a good deal, service is very good, staff is friendly, and food is decent. We enjoyed the whole experience.

Good sushi joint! Nice décor, waitresses were chatty and helpful, service was very prompt when I was there, although it was at the beginning of lunch when I ordered and the one sushi chef might be a bit swamped with a full restaurant. Quality of food was good, nice presentation considering the ayce price point was on the lower end of the scale. I went for the dinner menu to get the sashimi. The Black Pepper White Tuna was sooooo tender.

I’ve ate here many times and have not had a bad experience thus far. At times the service may be a bit slow but unlike some other sushi restaurants I still get what I order and they don’t bring my party less then what we order like other places do. The owner is great and she oftenly will walk around to help and see how tables are doing. If you have people in your party that don’t like sushi, this place is a good option because they do have other asian dishes and you can find something on the menu for everyone to eat. Anyone who is just starting to eat sushi or hasn’t tried sushi I bring here. This place is good for parties, couples and even a decent atmosphere to do some business during lunch. I would recommend it.

This was my first time at Conception Sushi and what I can say is that they need to improve on customer service and obviously their communication among staff… There were only 4 tables(including mine) currently dining and they managed to forget orders and bring them to the wrong table and not being able to figure out who ordered it… My bf and I waited for our small order for 20 mins!!! We even overheard them giving our order to the wrong table and offered it to them because they thought it was a mistake. I even saw a couple across from us have problems as well… Drink refills were only when we asked. Overall the food was ok and the décor was nice. Menu was smaller than other places and is pretty pricy as well.

Good food but very slow service. Prepare to wait over an hour for your food. If the place is more than half full, your food may simply never arrive.

Great sushi, friendly staff, and a very decent price considering what you’re getting. I have never left disappointed or hungry :) If I go for lunch I can usually skip dinner!
