they were super nice when it came to buying our items and taking our money, However when it came to honoring there exchange/warranty/refund policy they were as cheery. thankfully we brought in our brochure with all this information and I had highlighted it for them. They still would not do the refund until we got corporate involved. We will not shopping at Sears anything again I rather spend more and know I the store will honor what their policies say rather then save a few dollars. we had our house warming, baby and wedding registry here which ended up in thousands of dollars spent and the few things we got doubles of or that broke before warranty where a headache to get fixed or returned. not to mention the amount of hang ups we got when calling corporate.

Of all the big-box furniture stores in the area, I think this one probably reigns supreme in my books. The product on the floor seems to be of a great quality with a better range of consistently good options compared to their very hit-or-miss competitors. The showroom is filled with living room sets, bedroom furniture, outdoor, and even electronics and appliances which makes for great one-stop shopping if you’re lucky enough to find what you’re looking for. They also put a lot of work into making the room set-ups feel like actual rooms with design elements that make it easy to start envisioning a piece in a real home. Prices are at times staggeringly high, though. Get ready for some sticker shock.

This Sears is where you would go for furniture and appliances. The store is large and well lay-ed out. Not overly cramped. We were on a mission for a chair for my mother. Let me say, this has been going on now for over a year. Yes this is true! We have been to every furniture store in the Halifax/Dartmouth area, sat in every chair possible and have asked every question a thousand times. So by now, we know chairs. The problem here was my mom is a very petite lady, so the chair had a lot of requirements to meet. After going through the first batch, we were lucky enough to find her the prefect chair. Rocker Recliner. Swivel base. It is not leather as I prefer, but this is her chair, so what does it matter. It fit her perfect, and was $ 250.00 off. Overall this was a great day to end the year long journey. Oh, if you are out there, the guy who helped us was Mark, he is great.
