Claire Smith is a Registered Massage Therapist, who takes a holistic approach to treatment to relieve pain and tension in the body.
She uses a combination of traditional Swedish massage as well as myofascial techniques to design treatments that offer a balance of direct and indirect work.
This enables her to address specific injuries or more chronic holding patterns in muscles and connective tissues.
