They screwed up two take out orders in a row, and even though i sent an email to them and a facebook message to a friend of mine who works there, management has ignored the issue for TWO months. I have spent a LOT of money there in the last five years. Apparantly my money is no longer welcome. No problem, message received, Im tired of shit service in restaurants. Without customers, no one has jobs. But, sadly, in the industry, customers are now taken for granted. No one HAS to spend their money at your restaurant. Its a CHOICE. I will be making another choice from now on. I’d like to see the look on a certain servers faces when she finds out the incompetant manager Zack cost her a repeated good tipper($ 5 on a $ 17 order) cause he cant be bother to do his job correctly. (yes, im pissed. i feel like I’ve wasted my time time the last five years supporting them and giving them my business. i guess now that the new bridge is open, me and my money can go to hell) note… my problem is not with the servers. its the incompetent kitchen staff and the incompetent manager.

Food was very good. I didn’t know what to expect at first. Flat bread curry chicken was big and thick like a Pizza.

Dissapointing and prices are higher than expected. The food is not fresh and frequently microwaved and or deep fried. Bill for a family of four came to almost $ 75. The service was slow, the fries were cold. Good place to watch a game or order standard bar food like nachos or wings Seems over time, standards have dropped.

I’ve been to this restaurant/bar a few times. Most of the time it was for dinner, but I have been here for breakfast once too. The only thing I have to say about this place is average. It has nothing outstanding, but at the same time nothing really bad either. The service was average, the food was average. Overall I would recommend this place to a friend and go back here for a meal again.

I came here with a group of about six girls for a long overdue get together. I called the morning of for a reservation and they were happy to accommodate us despite the fact that it was a game night. The place itself isn’t bad. It’s definitely got a sports bar feel to it, and is pretty standard as far as chains go. We had a great corner booth which was great initially, but once the game started it was so loud it wouldn’t have mattered where we sat. But no points docked there, it’s a great place to watch the game! Our server was super sweet and kind, and was super accommodating about the fact that our group all showed up and ordered at different times. She got all our orders correct despite the bit of chaos and checked on us frequently enough that we were all satisfied, but she wasn’t intrusive at all. Where this place fell flat was definitely the food. I should have guessed that something generic like a grilled chicken wrap wouldn’t be fantastic, but it was actually almost downright bad. The veggies didn’t taste fresh and I wasn’t a fan of the dressing they used. The onion rings were also super battered, but had zero flavor. My friend split her sweet potato fries with me, which were the one thing that were pretty delicious! They have a pretty large menu, and I bet their other menu options are better. I’ve been here for dinner awhile back and remember it being quite good, and I know Boradway does a great breakfast, so I would come back for that. That wrap and onion rings though? Never again.

It’s a chain restaurant. You get what you expect. Servers at this location I find particularly pleasant and more tolerant of children than other locations. On a couple occasions they even allowed my daughter(6 years old) «shadow» them and bring us the cheque. Breakfast always the standard yummiest with wat too much food. And I’ve only been to dinner once. But it was standard.

My 2nd day in Canada and my Aunt brought me here. Apparently the best breakfast around. I got bacon, home fries, pouched egg and fruit. Dina’s something I think this brekkie was called!!! Home fries were good, pouched eggs were good but the bacon was pretty greasy. I was not impressed. I have a feeling I will be back here at some point during my 2 years in Canada so I hope they impress me a little more. Am I just an ex pat who is already comparing everything to back home? Or was this just an average breakfast experience. Who knows.

Broadway is great for one reason, the breakfast! if you don’t try anything else you must try the home-fries. Made from a secret recipe that has roots in Greece these tasty little seasoned bits of potato will keep you wanting more. The place is family friendly and has ample seating. I find the prices can be a bit high for a bar and grill breakfast, but the service and food both do please me. Seriously try the deep fried breakfast potatoes, you won’t be disappointed!
