This is a small little take out with seating for 6 people. They have a female sushi chef which is odd but really the staff is not japanese but they do great job at putting a meal together
so for the purists out there then this may not pass their scorecard
However, if you are in the need for s sushi fix and expect a twist to your meal then this is the spot for you
Why the twist?
Seafood Miso Soup — they add shrimps to the soup
Smoked White Tuna Tataki — you dont see that too often
Add a squid salad and a Maki roll and a side of Maguro and you are all set
The Red Tuna was fresh and that was a good sign that this place understood Sushi
