AMAZINGSERVICE! I went here for lunch with my mother and 4 year old son. My mother and I both enjoyed our pizzas. My son had chocolate milk that looked like they mixed fresh cocoa with milk and frothed it. He said it was the best chocolate milk he ever had. I ordered the«4 cheese» pizza for my son which had brie, and goat cheese on it. My son did not like the strong cheeses. He said«it tasted funny» and was just picking at the pizza. I guess our server overheard this as 10 minutes later he came back to our table with a new pizza for my son plain tomato sauce and mozzarella. My son loved the 2nd pizza. This is extraordinary service in my opinion. We did not complain or ask for another pizza, our server just read the situation and took it upon himself to make sure my son was happy with his meal. We were not charged anything for the 2nd pizza either. Best service I have ever recieved and we will be going back!

Went there for the first time recently. I was nicely surprised as I had never heard of this place before. I had their special of the day, which was a sweet potatoe soup with a pizza for a very decent price. The soup was really good and different than soups I was use to eating. The pizza was excellent, I shared half of it with my friend and he shared half of his with me. My friend goes there very often and always orders the same thing, and I convinced him to go out of his comfort zone: he was very happy and said he’ll now take something different every time he goes. The service was excellent, nothing to say about it. It is a very cozy place, however the tables would be very small for 4 people. They have a huge selection of wine, but as a beer person I was disappointed at their selection of beer, which is really small.

Great intimate and convivial with a nice joie de vivre. Sharing an Abricot beer, PizzaZa salad, Danois and Aloha Pizzas and it tastes exquisite.

Tout était excellent, la pizza, la salade, les escargots, le vin et le service ! Un endroit que je recommande !

I’ve been there three times so far and every time it has been delicious. I’ve only had their pizza so I can’t comment on the pasta but the pizza is excellent. Nice thin crust and fresh toppings. They have a full bar and wine list. The only thing I would not recommend are some of the desserts. The chocolate mouse is the safe route and the desserts look like they’ve been pre-made and are taken out of the fridge. But usually after the meal you aren’t even hungry for dessert anyway ;)

Awful. I order a take out pizza. When I came to get it was super cold. It looks like it has been ready for ages… The size of the pizza was just outrageous considering the price. Never going back.

It was nice and cozy inside. The server was very friendly. I ordered French onion soup and pizza with ham and green olives. I’d say the food was great. I would have liked less crunch crust for the pizza, but I guess I’m more used to North American pizzas as opposed to thin crust pizza.

Overall not bad. I ordered one pizza after seeing the size of the portion at the table next to me. It’s a personal pizza size. It’s thin crust style pizza and rather tasty but if you are used to North American style pizza you may want to order two. I ordered the La Club pizza, chicken, tomatoes, bacon i think. My server was OK without being overly attentive and i would say my overall experience was just ok. Nothing was bad at all but nothing to really make it stand out. There are many other restaurants in this area so lots of other choices to try.

I’m a bit conflicted as to what to write for this review. Having gone for dinner with three other people, I ordered two(yes two) pizzas to try.(I self justified this indulgence by claiming one as an appetizer). Unfortunately, for my taste buds, and for what I want out a pizza that I’m actually paying for, the pizzas just didn’t do anything for me at all. The two I ordered were the Margherita and the Toscane. Using the Margherita as an example, what unimpressed me the most probably was the dried oregeno flakes that were used on the pizza. I much prefer the traditional basil and even better yet, real basil on a Margherita pizza(ala Tennesse Willems in Ottawa). The sauce and dough were also unsatisfying. Essentially, it felt like something I could make at home hence my comment about wanting more out of a pizza that I’m actually paying for. My second pizza didn’t do anything to improve my impressions so for me, and at least with regards to their pizzas, I would not return. On the flip side, and why I say I’m a bit conflicted, is that the three others I ate with quite enjoyed their pizzas. Like with all restaurants what could be good for one doesn’t necessarily mean it will be good for another. What you like also depends on what you are used to and for me personally, I’m sort of fed up with the typical pizza joints as I prefer pizzas with ingredients that can stand on their own(i.e. a really good crust, a sauce that you could eat on its own, and toppings that just exude flavour). No matter which way you look at it, I don’t think these pizzas do that but, again, maybe that is just me. PRICE In terms of price, well, the pizzas are not that expensive. On the flip side, they are also not large either meaning, even with a light appetite, you will probably want to order an appetizer as well. SERVICE While I can easily critique the pizzas I had, one thing I can’t critique is the service. For the type of restaurant this is(i.e. relaxed, not fancy), our waitress was outstanding. Very professional, engaging and attentive. AMBIENCE The place has a cozy(bit cramped) atmosphere so, if you are say four people, you will probably be sharing a table normally good for two. RESERVATIONS Due to the size of the restaurant(not small but not large), you will probably want to make a reservation or show up early to ensure you get a table. - So, all in all a places with pluses(service) and minuses(food — for me at least). If it were just me, I would give them 2 stars for ‘Meh’, but I’m adding an extra star based on the others I ate with.

This place seems to have gotten worse over the years. The menus haven’t changed but the food seems less fresh somehow.

Great place. We had the Escargot Forestiers pizza: pesto, escargot, & mushrooms & the salad with goat cheese medallions. Delicious! The garden out back is lush & beautiful.

Cozy little place with damn good food! I had the escargot pizza. Mmmm, mmm, mmm! Seriously, where else can I find that? We were a bit afraid that not speaking French would be a problem but the staff is very friendly. And they do have a few menus in English(not dessert menus though.) For dessert I ordered«mousse praline?» It wasn’t buttery at all. For the hazelnut fans, I highly recommend. Oh and the meals are very inexpensive.

holy shit this place is good had the escargot pizza and some wine. It was exactly what you expect if you expected an excellent, perfect, escargot pizza. I went there a few months ago so my memory is a little fuzzy but I remember the pizza’s that my party had were equally great, but its hard to beat an escargot pizza. The service was excellent and the building was nice too. Only bad thing is that the residences in the area look condemned, although the other restaurants and bars on the strip near this restaurant are nice. I’ve had pizza a lot of places(in Toronto at least) and this place has the best pizza I’ve ever had. I can’t say much else other than it has kickass food, good service, and is a nice place to go for food. fuck Italians, i’m getting my pizza from the french from now on!

The pasta dish that I had was INCREDIBLE. One of the best meals I have had in a long time. It’s a gamble ordering pasta in a restaurant famous for its pizza, but I was just in heaven. Linguini with shrimps and tomatoes: Shrimp, sliced tomatoes, olive oil, capers, garlic, black olives, lemon juice and fresh coriander

Overrated pizza in a place that is busy only because thousands and thousand of civil servants working in the surrounding complexes have relatively few choices of where to get a pizza for lunch. But beware. This place has disinterested servers who care little about the customer, seeing them more as an inconvenience than anything else. I have been to this place several times, due to work lunches, and would suggest that despite its busy appearance, to give it a pass and give your business to many other better quality, and more appreciative businesses in that area.
