Yikes… As far as food goes this Wendy’s is pretty consistent with most others but the location can feel pretty sketchy at times. We usually come to this shopping centre(Northgate) for the Asian Market but man have there been a lot of times that police have been arresting someone in the parking lot and one time the person walking next to me had their purse snatched. So I’m not sure this is where I would choose to «eat-in» but for running through the drive-thru for a frosty for the chitlins or a cup of chilli with extra hot-sauce, I’ll be back.

A little out dated and tired look from the inside to outside. They have to update this restaurant to the new look. On the other hand, the service is slow. Their machines are a little worn out by the looks of it, there was a bucket underneath the frosty machine catching the drips. I have been at better Wendy’s Restaurant…

I love their value menu. Sometimes when u eat fine dining and you are just still hungry I stop at this place. The junior burgers fit the bill everytime. So much better than mcdonalds. The baked potato is great too. I wish they would bring back the chicken ceaser pita. It was the best fast food ive ever had. Too bad it came out 15 years ago before the health craze…

Came here tonight to get a bite after work and wanted an alternative to Rotten Ronnie’s. Tried the new Ciabatta Burger and Poutine. The bun was stale, the burger patty burnt and the veggies looked like rejects from a compost pile. The Poutine was no better! The fries were undercooked, the gravy was more like soup and there was so little cheese I wondered if I had accidentally ordered fries and gravy and somebody had accidentally spilled a pinch of cheese on my order. Basically I was able to tolerate a couple of bites of each before realizing that I was causing inhumane suffering to my taste buds and stomach. Normally Wendy’s is a safe but for a quick bite, but this experience had turned my off of Wendy’s for awhile. To end this review on a positive note — At least the pop wasn’t completely flat.

Honestly the worst Wendy’s I’ve been too. The service is bad. I’ve gone a few times but my burger has never been ‘the Wendy’s burger’ I’ve known over the last few years. It put me off Wendy’s. My bf had ordered that mushroom burger(forgive me don’t know the name I don’t like mushroom) needless to say they messed up our order quite a bit and just ended up smacking the meat from his previous burger on top of the new bun and viola. Worst experience ever! If I do have a craving for Wendy’s it won’t be this location.

Absolutely disgusting. I know fast food places are not the most classy spots in the world bit the staff at this place clearly don’t care about this restaurant. Dirty, absolutely gross — DEFINITELYAVOIDTHISDUMP!!!

Well… I am not a fan of Wendy’s to begin with. The food was bad, the wait was average for fast food… I don’t really know what to say. Wendy’s as a whole just seem dirty and dungy. I’m not a fan.

Love Wendy’s burgers, and they offer much better selection of side items than Mcdonalds They also have great dessert items and the drive thru is extremely fast compared to Mcdonalds.
