First they mess up on your sub. It’s called a pizza sub for a reason. You would think you wouldn’t have to tell her (the sub maker) for pizza sauce. So she messes up. I didn’t notice and took it too my girlfriend. She says I messed up. I go back and ask for a new sub. Now at other subways, if they messed up, I got a free replacement sub. This was not the case. The sub maker said I asked for no pizza sauce and I did not get a free sub. she was quite rude when I came back.

Worst location in Edmonton by far ! I have attempted to go there a few times and now will go out of my way to visit another restaurant, I’ve left on more than one occasion as there have been 1 – 2 staff members that work there that completely ignore when a customer walks in completing tasks that can be left until after serving a customer.
Completely discussed with the lack of customer service this location has really gone down hill

This place only ever has like 1 person on staff. Just the other day when I went they only had a younger woman on, I was the 6^th person in line and she was literally standing at the till counting money and singing. Almost as if she didn’t even see the line growing. She stood there, counting the money for 5 minutes before she helped the first person in line. Everyone was just dumbfounded. Didn’t end there though! She got through 3 people and had started the 4^th persons sandwich when one of the other employees had just got there. Instead of finishing the persons sandwich that she had started, she stopped making it and left. Said the other employee would take over. What a joke. Took the other employee a few minutes to get himself situated; take his jacket off, wash hands etc… I couldn’t even believe it. She just stopped and left. It was unbelievable. This is the closest subway to me, but I think I’ll definitely be driving a bit further to a different location from now on. Just unreal.
