To bad 1 star is the lowest I can go. When they first opened up a couple of years ago, I thought great. Then I shopped there, the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The were around but unfriendly and you felt like a bother to them. Cold and robotic could be the best description of them. No customer experience, no smiles, no chit-chat, and no feeling of warmth. I would not be shopping there again, I’ll keep driving clear across the city to other locations instead. Which brings me to my next and last visit, I had just gone to companion store George Richards in South Gate Mall. I bought some items and they only had the one of the size in stock. Also they were running a double Vip discount promotion, I do believe seeing signage promoting this as well. So I figured I would go check out this location and getting another few items since they were still on sale and get another one of the same product. What I experienced was the same exact service as before, dealing with what appeared to be the manager(same fellow as previous visit), didn’t see any signage with the sale here. But the website still was promoting it. I brought up that the 20% off was nice discount, no reaction just kept on ringing in. He said yes nice deal, then be another one starting again next week, sounding almost annoyed by this. So anyways I check the receipt and the discount appeared light as compared to the other exact items I just bought. OK I might be mistaken the sale maybe over, it must only be a 10% discount now. I’ll check the website again in the car, but of course the website was down, and was for the rest of the night. Sure enough it’s not over. I happened on previous review while searching for the website while it’s down, and it makes sense now. The service, the lack of signage of the sale. I will of course never ever set foot in this location ever again. Twice was more than enough and I will ensure that I inform others to stay away.

My significant other and I have visited this store on numerous occasions as he fits into both the big and tall categories. There is nothing here for ladies so I got to play the sit in the chair and wait role that is usually reserved for the man. A couple of times my boyfriend sent me to fetch a different size or a different color of something which I was able to accomplish quickly as the store is laid out fairly well. The staff were also quick to step in and assist if I looked like I was struggling. We have been pretty fortunate that most of our visits have been because my hunny got a gift card for Christmas or his Birthday as most of the stuff in here has a premium price attached$$$ In some instances there has been things we looked at that I have seen cheaper in stores downtown which always felt odd to me as I am used to paying more when dealing with downtown specialty shops. There is also alteration services offered here that are available for men, women, and children but the seamstress doesn’t work a full time schedule which was a pain when my boyfriend needed his work pants done. I think if you want to offer that service you need to be prepared to offer it full time as some people need their clothes done right away for important events or work commitments. After moving out of the hotel industry and into a warehouse position my boyfriend has little need of dress clothes so I don’t know how many more trips either one of us will be making in here. The amount of dress clothes versus the amount of casual everyday wear is no contest in my opinion. If you don’t mind paying a little extra and need dress clothes in larger sizes this is a decent store but I do think there are better options in the city.
