Weber Mazda

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from here I am happy to recommend this place. If you do check it out I highly suggest linking up with Kyle. He really made our experience and I couldn’t be any happier. He went above and beyond to meet our needs, incredibly friendly, honest and he really looks out for his customers which is something that is very difficult to find when it comes to a car salesman. In the end my decision came down to me loving another car a bit more than the one that was available here, however I would check them out in the future or recommend it to anyone in the market for a mazda.

I took my Mazda CX9 in after hearing weird noises and Carl/​Karl took good care of my. Being a 2008 it had a number of wear problems that needed fixed. I had bought it from my daughter in law as I need a stronger vehicle. I was dismayed at the estimated cost but was reassured that with these fixes the car should give me five years. Lori had taken good care of it since she bought it. Though there were problems getting parts in, I was given a loaner — a newer CX9 and I was able to fulfill my obligations to care for my Mother in Aurdrie.
Having driven my car since picking it up I can tell the repairs have made a difference. Though the cost was high, Carl did what he could and kept it down which as a senior, I really appreciate.
Yes I would definitely recommend Weber for service.

We dreaded looking for a car, and after visiting almost every single dealership in Edmonton, with poor results, we happened upon Weber Mazda. We were greeted by Henry! Henry was very friendly, and listened to our needs. We took a Mazda 3 out for a test drive. We loved the car, and were very impressed by Henry’s professionalism, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for us. The entire transaction was painless and very positive, and this extended to the finance department with Brett. We would recommend Weber highly, to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I’ve dealt with a large number of dealerships and confess to being a bit jaded. High pressure sales tactics, deceptive pricing, last minute surprises all the seemingly inevitable elements of car buying. But what a difference at Weber. Everyone I dealt with at Weber was exceptional. Truly great people, competent, efficient and, yes, even honest. This is the way to buy a car. Go in with a fair offer and they will give you great treatment and honest answers. I couldn’t be happier and I’m not known for being easily pleased.

Awful. The service manager at Weber has absolutely no concept of customer service. The car jack that was given to us with the purchase of our car broke the first time that it was used. We had given the service manager a call to see what that dealership could do for us, however after receiving no call my father decided to personally go to the dealership. When he got there he was automatically blamed by the service manager that it was his fault the jack broke and was also accused that he did not know how to use it. After his refusal to replace the jack he then proceeded to WALK AWAY from my father. For some reason the problem was solved in his mind.
After this incident he finally called back and simply stated that my father was not happy but that everything was resolved. Only later, after further complaints to management did they ask «what can we do?.» Instead of pro-​actively trying to solve the problem they are asking us what to do. My father felt bullied and our relationship with this dealership is ruined. The service manager later decided he would replace the jack but it is too little too late. I have no idea why such a person is in his position.
We were considering on buying more cars from this dealership but have decided that we will no longer purchase from Weber or any other goAutos ever again.

We had been contemplating seriously about getting a new car for a little while now. Currently our vehicle is 15 years old, a great car, but needs a few things, right? Do we keep that or get into something new, with warranty, and with four-​doors? After all, we will want to have babies!
I looked all over and at first was looking used, but with the current Fall finance rates, we quickly started looking at new. Weber Mazda was relatively close for us, on the way home. So I checked them out online — I was put in touch with Aaron Wellman. As soon as I walked into the dealership, the receptionist greeted me and called Aaron over.
Aaron is a kind-​hearted, warm, straight-​up person. He guided the process of looking at various Mazda3’s and was patient with me as I am one to make a spreadsheet and compare cars and models — WHICH I TOTALLY DID! We test-​drove multiple cars over the week and it came down to two cars from different dealerships.
Based on Aaron’s learning of our budget, that we just got married, and where we wanted to go, he was able to find us an amazing car. He managed to grab a Mazda3 that was (probably) the last 2014 in the city, had the options we wanted and a couple more — BUT we could take advantage of the current 0.99% financing! If we had looked at a 2015 we would have gotten a lower model for the same money and paid more in interest. We got a few more options that weren’t in the initial wish list, but we will have a better resale later.
Working with the rest of the team with Weber Mazda has also been great. We worked with the business managers, Dean and Jeff, and they were able to throw in some items and truly make us feel like part of their client family.
I’m a person that likes to develop as many «I got a guy» relationships as I can and I can confidently say that my new friend, AARON WELLMAN, is our guy at Mazda.
We are also grateful to Aaron for the manufacturer’s fitted rubber mats for the Mazda 3 which he himself purchased — as a wedding present.

We bought a mazda3 here. I found that they followed up with us well, laid out our pricing very clearly and were friendly with us. I felt the sales men were honest with us, which made all the difference since trying another mazda dealership in town that wasn’t honest with us.

I purchased a Mazda 3 back in September from Ash and the whole process was quite good. I didnt feel preasure to do anything that I didnt feel comfortable with and he worked hard to get the price I needed and wanted.
I recently noticed that one of my backseat headrests was missing from my car. It has been 2 months since I purchased my car but I hadnt had anyone ride in the backseat drivers side yet, so I did not know it was missing. When I contacted Ash he was very quick to respond. He worked with his manager Adrian and they were able to get me a replacement headrest. I think this shows how much Weber Mazda values their customers, and I would definately recommend using them.

Do not return calls, do you a favor that they service your vehicle, always add something to your service package, never a simple oil change… they are like a McDonalds with an attitude of a French restaurant.
I had a shot front wheel bearing in my Mazda 3 (why would a 5 years old car need a bearing replacement was indication of the «wonderful» reliability of Mazda). Called them up to set a service appointment. They never called me back. Could not bother with my issue.
Then they call every two weeks for some Sales Event this and Sales Events that.
I sold my Mazda 3, which was rusting, being with a defective original paint issue which was common to many ²⁰⁰⁴⁄₅ Mazda 3’s although Mazda never bothered to compensate anyone unless you were a hotshot lawyer with time on your hands.
I will never touch Mazda or its service providers with a 6 foot pole.
Buyer beware of both this dealership and the Mazda product in general.

I recently traded my vehicle in and a whole host of problems have irked me since. When I was signing the paperwork there was an additional $ 1000 charge that no one mentioned so I had to sit there and fight with them about it. Then, three different people said they would call me the following day and let me know when to bring my car in for detailing and a remote start and to get the mechanical inspection report. They also neglected to give me a copy of the warranty information. I waited a few days and no one called. I called them and asked what was going on, they had no idea but they booked me in for a few hours in a couple days. The day came and I took the car in and no one in the service department knew I was supposed to be there and they said that what I said needed to be done would take them at least a full day, so they made an appointment for a week and a half later and said to bring it in the night before and they would arrange a loaner car. When I came back the service department didn’t know anything about the loan vehicle so I had to run home and get some of the paperwork. I came back 10 minutes later at 5:31 exactly and the entire service department was gone (they close at 5:30 and they knew I was coming right back). So I had to tell my story to 3 times to three different people and they finally gave me a rental. The rental had no gas, was absolutely filthy inside and out and it had a flat tire. The next day I get a call at 6pm to tell me that they don’t have a car started so they want to keep the car for another night and even thought the car had been to the goauto detailing center one of the recalls had not been fixed. At first I thought the price was a good deal, but in no way was it worth it.
