This is my second service at the new location. Both times I’ve received excellent service. I was there for an oil change and to have them check my Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF). I’m in a wheelchair and while they don’t pander to me, they make things as easy as possible. If you receive excellent service once it could be a fluke but the service has been consistently excellent, at both locations. One minor negative is that because of the size of my van they can’t wash it in the winter because they have to leave the door to the service bay open. No big deal but using a wand wash in a wheelchair is doable but a hassle and expensive. And at 8’1″ it’s too tall for a drive thru. But that’s a small issue and I would recommend Heritage Valley Mercedes-Benz to everyone. And they have some gorgeous vehicles in their showroom!
