Great customer service, was followed up by management to explain situation. I recommend coming into the store for quick non hassle service than online and over the phone.

The problem I previously posted about has been resolved in a manner I am very happy with.
The store manager, Dione, is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills.
I will definitely consider Clearwest in the future.
