I recently purchased a pair of slippers from this location that unfortunately started to fall apart. Sadly amongst my moving and the holidays I had thrown out my receipt. After searching high and low I decided to phone the store to see what could be done. They were not inexpensive slippers and other than the defect, I really liked them.
A young lady named Alexandra answered the phone and asked me a few questions regarding my purchase. She said that since my phone number was in file that they could certainly help me out! Music to my ears!
Since I live close by I decided to pop over right away and deal with the matter.
I was immediately greeted by all three associates. Cheerful and happy!
I explained my situation and Alexandra immediately knew who I was. It only took a few minutes to exchange my slippers and I was on my way!
This store gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received in a retail store. They were happy and looked like they wanted to be there, they provided me with info without «I don’t knows», they made me feel like my purchase mattered and I didn’t need to wait around for my transaction was processed! I was taken care of in a timely and professional fashion.
