It was a big tree, by any standard, a thirty year old Manitoba maple that was simply too large for my yard, and my neighbour’s. Joe from Rob’s Tree Removal arrived today at 8:15, and by 11:00 the tree was gone. My fences were intact, the mess was entirely cleaned up, and my neighbour and I have two nice piles of firewood. The birds are annoyed (but no nests were disturbed), but the human neighbours and I are satisfied.
The four man crew worked efficiently and safely; and I would recommend them to anyone needing to remove a tree. He doesn’t use a shredded, but a big trailer that easily coped with the branches; and everything was off to the landfill as soon as they were done.
