After having a horrible experience from a physical therapy place (PIVOTAL) that lured me to their place because of proximity to work, I followed my doctor’s recommendation and sought therapy with MOMENTUM. Unlike massage or Chiropractors, my major misgiving with physical therapy is that there is a likelihood that the physical therapist may work with multiple patients simultaneously. I went with reserved expectations. However, I was surprised that the therapist worked with me and only me. Another unbelievable surprise-​She actually worked on my lower back investing time with me; as opposed to ‘checking in with me’ and then leaving me stranded to go to the patient at the next bed. Lastly, she actually did the exercises with me; not delegating me to a bubblegum chewing undergrad to rush me through generic exercises and rushing me out the door (except making sure I pay upfront before beginning my PT)(PIVOTAL).
Overall, Momentum therapy far exceeded my expectations. The environment was relaxing, the staff was highly knowledgeable, the staff was friendly and sincerely cared about my progress. All these factors contributed to a speedy recovery for a chronic back injury. My highest recommendations!!!
