Had supper with the family earlier this evening and it was a great experience. My some has some severe food allergies — dairy, peanuts and some tree nuts — that are severe enough that we carry an epipen. We explained our dietary needs to our waiter(Sean) and he was thoughtful enough to go back to the kitchen to see if we could get his meal prepared in a separate spot from the main meal prep. That was no problem, and my son enjoyed a tasty bacon burger with avocado, and fries. The rest of us also enjoyed our meals. Everything tasted fresh and service was prompt. A great family night out!

We shared appetizers for lunch and it was the perfect amount of food. White Cheese Queso and Boneless Salt and Pepper wings — excellent Chili’s makes their own nacho chips and they are very thin and crispy. However we feel that the amount of salt on them was not good — too much!

Wow, this used to be our go-to restaurant. Especially considering how bad the Chili’s is up on Manning. But what happened to THIS one? Service was very friendly, but very slow. I think 3 different people brought our drinks/food out including a manager. My head was spinning because I wasn’t sure who not to tip. The food was subpar. Not very good. And is it me or are the portions getting smaller? The steak I had was a grisly mess. My gf’s dish was half the size it used to be. I had a steak at a cafeteria at University Hospital that was better then the steaks they serve at Chilis. I think we are done with this place. The service is getting bad. The food is getting worse. And they just don’t care anymore. Ciao Chili’s, it’s been a slice. If I want a good steak I will go up the road to the Rosslyn Hotel of Humpty’s because they can’t be any worse than you are!

Had lunch with a table of eight from work. Two women from our table didn’t want a full size entrée lunch(Chili’s has no lunch menu, with seems very odd, so you get a dinner sized portion for lunch) so they asked to order something smaller. There is a kid’s menu but the waitress said she would get«in huge trouble» from her manager for allowing two adults to order from it, so one ordered from the kid’s menu and the other got a regular entrée. I ordered the pulled pork bowl, which was smaller than I expected and contained maybe a tablespoon of meat. So… Chili’s management: If you can’t have a lunch menu, don’t make a federal case of it when your paying customers want something smaller to eat. Heaven forbid a light eater should order a smaller burger.

I’ve been going to Chili’s for years, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, the service staff friendly, good portion size and well priced. A major plus – they offer a wide selection of gluten free foods, which is hard to find in the city, and it actually tastes good! A nice addition, they recently renovated the restaurant, which adds a lovely ambience. Love Chili’s!

I’m giving it a one just on drinks which was the only thing good about our meal. For me the potatoes were cold hated the mix of veggies which were a mix of under done or raw. I asked for steak well done it was bleeding looked like a nub of meat not a steak, 6 oz my @-$ Let’s say for it being pretty dead on a Monday night you’d figure you’d get better service. For my group of 6 nobody was pleased with their meal and the one person that sent their steak back got treAted like crap. The first steak being over done then the second basically raw. When we asked for manager we got the second rate night guy who was no help at all and treated us like we wanted another steak ‘I’m going to have to take both of those away, its policy’ needless to say customer service at this location is a joke. I’ve never had such crappy food and service. You just lost 6 customers as well as many friends and family but seeing as how empty the restaurant generally looks it really isn’t that big of a surprise. I came home and got Sick immediately afterwards. Never again! Idk would expect more seeing as how we all had a couple of drinks and spent over $ 200. Not worth it.

A group of 8 managers met for drinks at Chili’s in the lounge area back wall. We had a server named«Sean», a tall gentleman with dark hair and glasses. We were there from approx 5pm to 9pm. 1. We had to repeatedly remind Sean that we were still waiting for drink refills of wine and beer. My colleges sat on more than one occasion with an empty glass for over 15 mins. Only then to have Sean come by and ask how everyone was doing and then we’d have to remind him that drinks were ordered and we were still waiting. 2. We had multiple orders of wings, chips + salsa(which were very good) and the plates sat empty on the table pretty much till the end of our stay. In addition, all of the empty glasses for the beer also sat empty, Sean did not come by to take away when new food/drinks bought till near the end of the night. 3. My colleague ordered a pint and it came with approx 2 inches of foam. When asked for a repour, Sean became dismissive. Not a good experience with service. Food was mediocre.

Always like the food from Chili’s, and tonight I wasn’t disappointed. Great food! I had the steak, which was done perfectly and my son had a combo ribs with chicken. What impressed me and my son too, was the great teamwork between the staff. Tables were waited on promptly, finished dishes were cleaned away quickly. It was very organized and showed with the great service.(Visit was the dinner hour, 6pm on Saturday September 21st).

I never knew it was so hard to get sour cream. The restaurant wasn’t even half full and I could have walked to safe way and back in the time it took to get sour cream. The worst part was I asked in the 15 minutes and then I received some sort of other condiment instead.

It wasn’t bad. The service was good and our server was cheerful. It wasn’t all that busy even though we were there when I would expect the dinner rush. The music volume was good. I was able to have conversations without shouting or feeling like I was. The food came out quickly and correctly. It tasted great, but you could tell where they skimped out to cut costs and up profit. My grilled shrimp tacos had a small sprinkling of tiny shrimp. I couldn’t see where they would have been grilled. I could at least still taste the shrimp. The Cajun club sandwich had a bad bread to meat/veggie ratio. More bread than anything. The Skilled Queso(cheese dip) was good. It came out with a huge plate of tortilla chips. For what the meals cost, it would have been nice to have the meals not lacking in the protein departments. All in all. It was a good meal though I would more than likely not return because the cost to food just isn’t in it for me.

I used to be a Chili’s fan and really liked this location. But back to back mediocre experiences have changed my mind. Our last trip featured fajitas that came to the table warm, but not seared. The veggies were pale and limp, showing no signs of grilling. Given that fajitas are a signature dish, it was very disappointing.

The prices have crept up a little over the past few years, but the food has improved and I’ve found the service to be pretty good for the most part. The only thing I’ve noticed is the food is getting increasingly unhealthy. The portion sizes are getting really big and they seem to use a lot of grease/oil/something in the preparation that makes everything seem just a little greasy. Still, if you’re looking for some decent mexican food and a cold beer, especially in the summer when the patio is open, you can do worse than this place.

I haven’t been to a Chili’s for a while, until tonight when I was on a date and we needed somewhere to eat in the north end. The menu consists mostly of burgers, sandwiches, steaks, and other big mains, with a particular emphasis on fajitas. Prices are a bit on the high side, but portions are huge if what we were served is typical. His chicken quesadillas were stuffed and he got a mountain of coleslaw in place of fries. My Chicken Crispers were unlike anything I have experienced — I thought they would be chicken fingers. Instead, they were five huge hunks of juicy white chicken breast in beer batter. It was like fish and chips, except with chicken instead of fish. I could not finish — fortunately, my date was happy to help. We also had soup to start with. The bowls were a decent size. Both soups were zesty chicken soups — mine was the one with green chile, and it was delicious but quite spicy. For drinks, he had a strawberry lemonade and I had a Mai Tai — again, excellent, The fresh squeezed juices made all the difference. Chili’s is not a place I would go to often because of the high prices — and I have to be super hungry, But hearing and smelling all those sizzling fajitas around us, just may draw us back.

Chili’s used to be one of my favourite restaurants. I like that they have unsweetened iced tea, and those sour candies are so addictive. I always ordered this chicken meal that came with this delicious white gravy. A lot of people think this is gross, and to be honest, it does look gross, but if you close your eyes and put it in your mouth, it tastes amazing! Why am I suddenly thinking about Crystal Pepsi(and Crystal Gravy from SNL… eww). Anyways, Chili’s chicken burgers are pretty good, and they have some good spicy salads, but Chili’s just doesn’t do it for me anymore. I’d rather go to Moxie’s, where the food is better, even though the prices are about the same. And why did this location suddenly decide to crank the brightness of the lights? I used to love the dim atmosphere, but now I feel like wearing shades. Chili’s is still okay, but there are better options out there.
