This is my fav Café’. Everything they make is home made and always fresh! Desserts, Quiche, soups, sandwiches, on and on it goes. Delicious!

**Three and a Half Stars** When it’s 4 o’clock and you haven’t had lunch, there is always the chance that you’ll make bad choices. We were trying to avoid the typical pub-grub so we adventured into this place hoping for the best. When it’s 4 o’clock and you haven’t had lunch — there is also a chance that the lunch menu will be depleated. Our first choice, paninis, weren’t available. They pre-make those in the morning and they were all gone. Oh Well. We opted for some meat lasagna and the pasta salad looked so good we picked that as a side, for an extra charge — the typical meal comes with a green salad, but my stomach was talking to my brain and bossing it around again. The flax seed bun that came with the meal was so light and tastey. Everything was quality but the roll was the highlight of the meal. Is it wrong to fixate on a simple bun? I don’t think so. I was sure to compliment them on their baked goods. Made fresh on premises each morning, if this is an indication of the quality of their bakery then I’d gladly return next time we’re in the area to sample more of their wares. Maybe next time we’ll try and have lunch at lunchtime, like normal people, and be able to try some grilled panini. Stay tuned!

Ok, so remember how I said the paninis are really good? Well for those of you who love potato salad — I have found the perfect potato salad here! «How good?» You may ask. And here’s one story: One day, while I was sitting there enjoying my freshly-made panini(grilled nonetheless) and soup, a father and his little son came in and each only ordered a large bowl of potato salad. And once they sat down and started eating, I kept hearing the kid say, «Mmm! This is good dad! Mmm!» Seriously, if a kid thinks this is good AND this is freshly-made everyday with no crazy coloured, artificially flavoured ingredients in it – it is really something everyone should try! I am not a big mayonnaise fan, so I never liked potato salad where you can really feel and taste the mayonnaise, and this potato salad really hits the mark with me. A small confession: Ever since I have tried the potato salad — when I go there for lunch, I always order only one thing that is tasty and fills me right up… that’s right, the large bowl of potato salad. …Ok maybe not only that one thing — their pumpkin strusels, coconut pineapple buttercream cake, and their scones is always something I would get(not all at once though, just either one) to fill in that afternoon snack-time at work.
