History

Established in 1977.

1977 — hotel opened, nick-​named «The Courtyard» (next door to current location)

1983 — second building opened, nicked-​named «the 10-​Suite» (next door to current location)

1989 — current building opened

2003 — hotel becomes a Coast Hotels property

2010 — Browns Socialhouse Tsawwassen opens at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn
