Good service from staff. They have hot and cold drinks. Always bring new kinds of drinks. Relaxing in soft chair and drinking my Frapp ice cold

I only go to this Starbucks if I absolutely HAVETO as they are open till midnight and all the other(better) locations are closed. I don’t know what is wrong with the majority of the night shift, but they are awful, rude, disrespectful, especially 3 of them in particular, one individual, Kirsten, is at the very top of the list. They act like they don’t even want to be there, I’m sure they don’t, but at least make some effort to pretend you do, ESPECIALLY when dealing with your customers. They act as if they’re being bothered and inconvenienced when you’re ordering, or asking for something. And the worst of it is, Natasha Milligan, the main store manager works the evenings shifts as well and she acts just as bad, if even worse than her staff! Another poster on here commented on the behaviour and attitude of the barista, Kirsten Parsons, well she works the night shift now(lucky day customers) and she is just as awful as you described. I’ve gotten quite a bit of attitude and eye rolls from her. I spilt my coffee at the napkin and lid station and when I went to ask her to steam more milk and put more coffee in the cup for me, she acted like I was killing her! Also, another time I was there, and wanted a refill on my coffee, she flat out refused, because I had left the store for 10 minutes! I asked her to make an exception, as I was fairly regular to this location and wasn’t aware of the policy that you can’t have a refill if you leave the store because common, I was gone for 10 minutes, not hours! She kept flat out refusing, and it was oozing with snotty attitude. I demanded to speak to the manager, Natasha, and I was finally given a refill. Kirsten, I didn’t realize the cost of coffee and milk was coming directly out of your pocket? WHY has she not been fired??? Oh wait, because the manager is just as bad as she is. This store used to be WAY better under the former manager, Carly. I am going to try and get a hold of the District Manager, customers who are spending their hard earned money at this location do not deserve to be treated like this.

They are usually busy, especially on weekend. Staffs are also helpful, friendly. Their drinks, music and their hours are also great too. They open early, close late. Very convenient :)

It is a Starbucks… what else can I say? The service is good, the coffee is good, and the atmosphere is consistent with what one would expect at a Starbucks.

Definitely hard to find a spot to sit here but I like that it’s open later that all the other ones in this area.

This location has reached rock bottom and somehow begun to dig deeper. As a long time resident of the area I’m good for 3 – 4 visits to this location a week. This is a number that will be drastically reduced in light of recent visits. With a poorly scheduled staff comprised of «baristas» that appear to be either new, poorly trained or just plain incompetent, little gets done and even less gets done correctly. The unfortunate thing is that the droves of customers(the majority of which appear to be on a day pass from Riverview) will keep this place in business, and they will never fell the need to correct their errant ways. My $ 4.75 every other day wont make a dent, but its a decision I’m making.

The tall young dark haired guy always remembers my coffee order no matter how busy they are… he rocks! :) They do need more outdoor chairs when it’s sunny out, that’s for sure.

place is one of the busiest in Coquitlam being next to Save On Foods in a mall with spacious parking. The staff here is quick and attentive. Plenty of seats, booths and a communal long table. Currently serving up the new Blonde Roast. Yum!
