Careful! I had a product on pre-order for $280 but once it arrived they pulled a bait & switch and increased the price to $360! Cost of goods didn't increase its just pure greed because it turns out there was low supply so they thought they could squeeze more money from their customers. Found another local store that sold the same product for $250 ... 45% less!!! Buyer beware !!

I made the mistake of quickly buying a gift and not checking online prices first… turns out you can buy Munchkins (a card game) for $ 8 less on Amazon (including shipping). This was bad already but finding out that they don’t even do returns as well… what a joke. Please don’t support this store, buy online for cheaper. They know their prices are horrible, which is why they don’t offer returns. ⁰⁄₁₀ would not recommend.

My son received a gift from there and I wanted to return or exchange it. I didn’t have a receipt so I didn’t expect money back. I went and they have a policy of no returns/​exchanges unless a receipt is to be had within 7 days. I explained it was a gift and impossible to get the recent. The only reason I knew the gift came from that store is because the price tag was left on that included the store name.
I asked them if there was any way to exchange it for something else. Nope. Gave me some story of inventory and needing to know the date it was bought. I showed him the price tag and gave me more excuses.
There was nothing to be done and now I am stuck with a chess set that he doesn’t need.
I told him I will never shop in his store and will tell people of their awful store policy!

Checked it out because I was in the area, great feeling to the store and the staff is so welcoming and friendly
