. I find this store very well laid out, bright and engaging. My kids love looking around here. They are more pricey than big box stores, but I found they do stock exactly what I am looking for. My son is really into Lego and often wants very specific sets for his birthday or Christmas. This store always has had the ones we were looking for. Also, they gift wrap your purchase free of charge, very handy when you’re in a rush. They are very polite on the phone and helpful too. Highly recommended!

I never ventured in here because I heard from other moms that the toys are more expensive than most stores. My kids are obsessed with shopkins and this is the only place that has them in stock consistently (they are quite a bit more pricey than any other place). However the customer service is great (they offer free wrapping). I was delighted with the selection of toys, and looove the book section. We have been back 3 times to buy gifts! Also very clean and you don’t see broken or taped together boxes.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price of the shopkins are very expensive compared to other places and they are a chain not a MA and PA shop so I think it’s a gouge. However I will still shop here because of the service and great selection.
