After being unsatisfied with the 9 to 5 corporate lifestyle a change was necessary. Speaking with a couple of friends and my husband the decision was made to quit work and try out a coffee venture. I was lucky enough to find a job with Coffee R2O in Burnaby, where they roast coffee in small 2 pound batches. The owners taught me so much about coffee, how to roast the different origins and flavours. I would not have been able to start this without their help and knowledge.
