Great products but there’s never anyone working. Being within a Tim Hortons it’s definitely a ‘side thought’ — you have to wait and wait at the counter, then ask a Tim Hortons staff member if anyone is working, or threaten to walk out. Then a few minutes later someone comes out from the back and serves you. Really ruins the experience.
