Management twists corporate policies regarding coupons into a bait and switch scenario. I have two corporate coupons one of which explicitly states«No Minimum Purchase» as well as «Valid at Coquitlam CTR.» Other coupon(ID number B123C457) has no fine print which under Canadian marketing and advertising law indicates no other terms must be followed in order to redeem. We filled our two cups with ~$ 4 of product each, but when attempting to pay were informed that the«Manager» would only accept these coupons on purchases over $ 6, and that it was only valid on single cups(we asked if we could place both cups on the scale.) The staff member was polite but uninformed, but this is truly her manager’s fault for not understanding basic corporate policies and Canadian law. This will be filed with the BBB, as well as submitted to the corporate Qoola office. Pictures of coupons will be made available.

Desserts here are absolutely delicious. Let me get that out-of-the-way. What drove me nuts today, and made me post this review, is that after concocting a $ 10 dessert, the teller told me that his computer wasn’t allowing him to it accept debit or credit cards. He struggled with it for about 10 minutes, before telling me that instead of giving me my delicious creation, he was going to have to throw the desert away if I couldn’t pay cash. Either way, that dessert was going to go to waste, but with his decision he created seriously pissed off customer that left to post to Unilocal

This is a place I recommend to *everybody* and they always end up hooked. And why not, it’s sugar-free, healthy and delicious! It’s clean, well-stocked, and they change up the yogurt flavours at just the right frequency so that you have an opportunity to try them on different occasions, but not so slow that you get bored. They have add-ons for just about every kind of sweet tooth, and plenty of fruit for those who want to keep the sugar down(I never do). The staff is always, always friendly and courteous. They’ve recently introduced a points card, and they even have a mall employee discount. The only thing that makes then a four star place instead of a five star, is the price.

Great Service, Great Selection and some dairy free options. Price is on weight and location is convenient. I will return.

Great selection of toppings and frozen yogurts. The price is a bit higher than you’d expect(a half cup can quickly add up to $ 5+) but you pay for the quality. Being able to completely customize your frozen yogurt is nice. Plus, they give free samples of the different yogurts to try — there were at least six different varieties to choose from so it can be difficult. I’ll definitely be going back. Conveniently located in the mall food court.

It’s not often I eat frozen yogurt unless it’s the soft-serve stuff you find at IKEA, but Qoola was a nice introduction to the way frozen yogurt is made your way. Everything served here is designed by you! Start with the size of your bowl, select the type of frozen yogurt you want(it could be more than one flavour, such as original or peanut butter), add your toppings(as many as you want — these range from candy to mochi), and lastly, top it off with some fresh fruits! Needless to say, you will be charged based on the weight of your bowl which makes it extremely convenient. You can gauge how much you want and estimate how much you can consume which is why Qoola’s service is so «customer-friendly».

I love how a Qoola opened in my hood! It’s perfect in Coquitlam centre. It still has all the great flavours with the addition of pistachio, which is delicious. My only suggestion is that they have lychee in their selection. All the fruit flavoured yogurt is so yummy! I can’t get enough :).
