Awful customer service, an employee named SOMA rung items through, purposely giving us a hard time for coupons that were being used, rolling eyes, scoffing, then scanned the same items twice. Went back to tell the manager that items were being scanned twice, and she came back to accuse us of lying. Left the store, paying for items that we did not buy and will never return again. Terrible!

I don’t expect to be treated like gold when I shop at Wal-​Mart but every time I go to this location, the customer service is terrible. Today for example, I was looking for nasal spray. I wanted to ask the pharmacist, so he had his head facing towards the floor, I said excuse me two times looked at his name said «excuse me Basil, I am unsure where the nasal spray is» not a word or even bringing his head up. Biggest pet peeve is when a associate can not acknowledge someone, even if you told me «its not my department» like most associates do, I wouldn’t be so angry, but honestly customer service has gone down the drain, employees wonder why customers are so darn rude.

To start off with, it’s a Wal-​Mart take it with a grain of salt. I mean really, what do you expect? Red carpet and Jeeves? Not going to happen.
My only real quam about this place, is the lack of stock sometimes. I only come here to get my hygiene products and gift wrap. Which is never been a problem for me. Huge lots and it’s easy to get to. Generally busy as can be, and I do wish they had self serve check-​outs, but other than that, it’s Wal-​Mart.

I stopped in here tonight to pick up a couple of the plastic bottles for my new Soda Stream that I bought (somewhere else). They had a good selection along with the flavors. The store near my house up in Royal Oak didn’t carry the Soda Stream products so I had come out here.
This location is probably one of the worst because it doesn’t have the big grocery section. They have some groceries but nothing fresh, dairy or meat. So really it’s a waste of my time coming here unless it’s for something specific.
The line ups at the cashiers are always long here. They don’t have many check outs so maybe that’s why.
Go to any other Walmart as this one is usually lacking.

the lines are long, the people stink, theres to many screaming children, the customer service isnt helpful at all, the cashiers look as though they are dreaming about being on a diffrent planet, and you need to wear full body armor to avoid being hit and banged up buy crazed shopping cart drivers.
I cant remeber a time when I walked out of there unharmed. Even at 3 in the morning its still packed and busier then hell. Walmart will always be the one place you can go in happy and come out feeling like u could run somebody over

Not the best Walmart in the city. I don’t know if they’re just not using their space properly or if they really don’t have enough, but the Northland Walmart is severely lacking.
They just don’t seem to carry all of the stuff other Walmarts do. They do have a McDonald’s inside and all of the departments other stores do, but it just seems run down. Like they’ve given up on this one.
I will give them credit for keeping the prices as good as what every other Walmart.
If you find this store your only alternative, don’t show up on a Saturday afternoon. It’s crazy busy and these guys must be short-​staffed because they never have enough check-​outs open. Expect to wait a long time in line…
