Liquor Depot is Liquor Depot. It’s slightly more expensive than everywhere else, not as much selection as everywhere else, but it’s always tidy and clean inside, and they are always conveniently located, so people are willing to pay the extra money. So you can only base things on service. Poor phone manners. I called to get a liquor license, and gave the details of what I was looking for, only to arrive and hear that they would refuse to do that sort of license. I’m glad I called ahead of time to check. The part that bothers me more is that they were rude about it, like it was my fault that I had disturbed them while they are hard at work to get a liquor license. Like I said, it’s a Liquor Depot. It has minimal selection and higher than average price. It’s clean and organized, but not a place you go to browse for fun new wines or beers, just conveniently located for grab and go. And don’t expect any niceties from the staff, they appear to be trained to be rude.

Decent selection, decent prices. It’s your average liquor store. The staff was helpful and friendly. Not sure what else I can say about it.

This store had a different name until recently, so I stopped in to see if it has changed. It seems tidier and I like the large selection of smaller bottles(375ml or less). I wish all liquor products offered these options, as I would be much less hesitant to try different spirits. I hate wasting money on things I don’t like. They sell Wild Rose WRaspberry Ale for the same price or a dollar less than other places, so that makes me happy. I also noted stock of a few Barefoot Bubbly products, such as the Pinot Grigio, which I intend to try. I haven’t spotted this on too many shelves to date. I will likely frequent Liquor Depot more often than its predecessor.
