Sorry but this location is still renovating!!! Could open sometime in September or October… will let everyone know when its Open inside of Chapters!!!

The service here is under par with other locations. I’ve had several mediocre experiences but the past time I had to wait 5 minutes for two employees behind the counter to end their conversation before I was served. I’ll avoid this location if I can help it.

This Starbucks, inside the Brick Plaza off Macleod Trail and inside a Chapters, is no better or worse than any of the other south locations. Their staff, although never the same, is always uniformly pleasant and capable of turning out your drinks to your satisfaction. In contrast to the other Starbucks/​Chapters location in Shawnessy, this one is much quieter and laid back — I have spent several Sundays here with a drink, reading a book in perfect solitude. If it were closer to home, it would be my primary location; as it is, its a good substitute when I want some quiet.
