Starbucks

I work in the mall and have seen this place be severely understaffed or have rude staff, I do notice that they currently had weeded out the bad apples. I love seeing them now, they know my drink order and the specifics. They really get to know you and are so pleasant.
I wish I was more observant with names, but a special shout out to the lady with short red hair, the man who sometimes wears a kilt and the taller dark haired man who really struggled with till for his first week and is so amazing now!

This location might just be the most productive Starbucks in all of Calgary! I was 8^th in line, and still managed to order and get my drink in under 5 minutes. They had two tills open, three people making drinks, and also someone starting the drinks before you paid so you would get your coffee quicker. More locations need to have that extra person to speed up wait times. I was seriously impressed!

Located ground level, one of the nicer mall stores in terms of décor. Carry their usual branded coffee thermos at average of $ 10 – 15, hate to lose one like me lol.

Yay, Starbucks! Even though this location is insanely busy, they operate like a well-​oiled pocket watch. Free Wi-​Fi, newspapers, one barista taking orders as another one takes payment so that you can get your drink by the time you reach the end of the line. Yeah, I like you, Southcentre Starbucks.
Your excellent service makes up for Southcentre taking away coatcheck :’(.

This place is frequently lined up out the door but they get the line to move quickly and the drinks are as you’d expect. Excellent.

I’m having a love affair with a new holiday drink at Starbucks. It’s the first thing I think about when I awake and it’s the last thing I think about as I lay in bed at night. The accused, you ask? The Crème Brulee Latte. *sensory overload*
This Starbucks is the one that deflowered me with their Crème Brulee Latte and ever since, I swear I’m in love. It wasn’t just the sweet taste of the drink, the overflowing whip on top, or the little caramel pieces that top the drink to perfection. It was also the amazing service I received at this place.
The baristas are friendlier than normal and the space is a lot bigger than I would have thought. Plus they’ve got some super comfy seats and the atmosphere is perfect to get lost in the Crème Brulee of it all.
This Starbucks has become one of my more favourite ones because when you combine exceptional service with orgasmic drinks you know what you get? One very happy customer with a brand new beverage obsession.
