What’s not to like about Chocolate? Dropped in to pick up a couple treats to take home. Service was quick and great. Selection is always wonderful. Will be back again.

This is one of the best things about me living in Alberta! Purdy’s! Not to found in Ontario… I am addicted to their milk chocolate bars. The chocolate is smooth and creamy, sweet without being overly sweet and not one ounce of bitterness. Hubby likes the white chocolate to switch is up as well as the rice crisp chocolate bars. The deal for 3 bars at $ 4.99 is fantastic. Mix and match. Great seasonal items can be found in an organized way and not once have I found something I wanted out of stock. Staff are generally friendly enough and some days there are samples but you have to ask for them at times when you see the platter hiding on the back shelf. The location is great, inside Market Mall within the food court.

My son and I are regulars at the Market Mall location near the food court, and the(youthful) staff are always cheerful and smiling. The ice cream is delicious. There’s a Marble Slab Creamery and a Yogen Fruz nearby, but somehow we gravitate to Purdy’s. It must be some kind of magnetic attraction to large clusters of chocolate. :D

I’ll be the first to admit that up until last week, I was having an extremely unhealthy love affair with Easter chocolate. I couldn’t get enough of it, and as a result, my waistline was left paying the price. Despite the fact that I’m stuck working double-time to make up for all the extra indulging I did this month, I have to tell you — Purdy’s chocolates is THE best Easter chocolate around. Whether you like milk, dark or white — they’ve got it all, and it’s DAMNGOOD. Plus they sell chocolate bunnies, chocolate eggs, and other fun chocolate creatures. Don’t even get me started on their $ 500GIANT chocolate bunny. All I need is one night… just lock me in and lose the keys.
