These cinnamon buns are extremely good, calorie wise probably as much as a full meal :) you definitely lick your fingers after you are done eating.
In case your guilty conscience talked you into getting a small one you probably catch yourself thinking if you should get another one… It’s addictive! If you wanna treat yourself with something yummy, this is a good place!

Best cinnamon rolls in the chinook mall… They are always very fresh!.. And soft and delicious… I can’t go to the chinook mall without stopping here… Just great!

Cinnzeo. HMMM!!! the name itself makes me feel the smell of the cinnamon aroma that comes out of this place.
I tried the cinnamon roll at this place for the first time and since then I am a great fan of it. I know I really love it, but I was never able to eat more than 3 in a row. The sweet of it makes my stomach full with jus 3: P. It tastes best while u warm it and eat.
If you have never tasted it till now then you have missed a great snack. Whilst saying this my taste buds have become active and mouth started watering. So u can imagine how yummy it is !!!

Personally, I really enjoy the cinnamon buns made by this national franchise with Calgary roots. I like them because:
(a) The buns are made right in front of your eyes. The visual stimulation of seeing them rolled and cut to perfection coupled with the smell of the next batch invokes a Pavlovian salivation response that makes me feel like a simple animal. I like that in a cinnamon bun proprietor.
(b) They are not drowned in icing. I don’t like my buns smothered in white. After all they are buns and shouldn’t that be the focus and the icing a compliment and not the other way around.
© They are filling. Half a bun is all I need to fill me up and this is good because I can share with someone else if need be.
They are a little more pricier than one would think, but I think worth the premium. Overall, always a treat!

I had the best Cinnzeo Cinnamon buns ever at this location in Market Mall. The bun was so soft and the frosting just enough slathered on top of the bun. Truly delicious!

Writing this review I can practically smell the scent of fresh cinnamon buns baking in the oven. Goddddaaaamn.
It’s hard not to love Cinnzeo. I mean, who doesn’t love a GINORMOUS cinnamon bun lathered in cream cheese icing??? Albeit my heart and arteries don’t like it… but my eyes and taste buds sure do.
