Urgh. Someone needs to revamp that store and FAST! The rest of the mall is app pretty and new, and payless looks like the land time forgot. Pair that with the seemingly unending rotation of new staff, and the weird dude with the british accent, I’m gonna stick to getting my shoes online.

Great selection, great staff. Always friendly. They’ve recently added some new faces to the staff, and I found that the new guy that works there is AWESOME. He helped me find shoes for myself, my girlfriend, and even suggested that we take advantage of their BOGO deal. I hope he sticks around the store, because I will keep shopping there for him, and the new store manager.
