I love this chain of stores. This location not so much. It’s way smaller and the shelves are close together making it difficult to push a cart through. I was there a week before Christmas and only saw one sales associate in, and I had to go looking for her because no one offered to help me. When I found her, she saw that I was going to talk to her, and tried to walk away before I said anything.
On a more positive note, the check out lines are ran nicely. They tell you which one is available next when they finish with one customer. I still however think they should ask before they put you on the email list, and let you know why they’re asking for your email.

I love, love, looooove Michaels! This location particularly holds a special place in my heart since I came here frequently as a kid with my mom. It’s the place where I got all my crafts for whatever projects I wanted to do, and it continues to be my preferred location, I’ll only go to another one if it’s more convenient. I pretty much know the store like the back of my hand now, which helps because if I go in for something specific I know exactly where to go, no looking around in between aisles. This location isn’t necessarily their biggest, and it doesn’t always have the greatest selection, but I’ve always walked out of here with SOMETHING. My last visit I did spend the time walking up and down every single aisle and it amazed me just how much stuff they had. I’ve had a project in mind, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a couple items I needed, but no, absolutely everything I need is right in this little store.
They’ve always got some sort of sale going on, particularly in the scrapbooking section. Whether it’s 40% off a select brand of stickers or 30% off select scapbooks, there’s something. Lately I’ve even noticed individual items with yellow stickers so I guess their prices were reduced, which is cool, but disappointing because they sold out :(.
The location has always been clean, organized, and the staff is always friendly.
