We certify a Green Living standard for Calgarians by preparing Farm Fresh meals daily from our Country Kitchen and deliver to your door healthy full flavoured entrees, side dishes, soups, desserts, baked goods, and groceries twice weekly. Our standard options include gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian meals with low to no salt. All Healthy Chef options such as nutritional meal plans, a la carte meals, fresh full bakery goods, and groceries are free of pesticides, herbicides, fungacides, additional hormones and antibiotics. History

Established in 2003.

The Country Kitchen has been preparing organic and natural meals while supporting local producers in and around Calgary for over 8 years. They mainly serviced outlying communities with their unique cuisine. Expansion formally into Calgary to bring the quality of farm fresh daily prepared mainly organic meals started in the summer of 2011. Healthy Chef Delivery prior to this was mainly an organic produce delivery company. Uniting the expertise of unique organic prepared meals, a la carte affordable meal packs as well as fresh bakery goods with a strong delivery company made it all possible. The owner, Judy Dahm has a strong philosophy about sustainable living and developing an entire community that supports the health and well being of families, working professionals, and seniors.

Judy Dahm, the owner, is a health coach, a leadership coach and a yoga instructor who is passionate about ensuring that we have food choices that are chemical and antibiotic free. As a health coach, Judy knows how challenging life is for families today. Her clients tell her all the time!
